A Study On The Implementation Effect Of Urban Minimum Living Security System

The urban minimum living security system as a guarantee of poor social policies, since the implementation has made a more significant effect. This paper mainly studies the implementation effect of the urban minimum living security system from the perspective of Minimum target. By exploring the impact of the urban minimum living security system for urban residents object entitled to assess the effect of the implementation of urban subsistence allowances. This study used qualitative research methods to collect information through in-depth interviews and document analysis. From the urban minimum living security system of economic support for the minimum target, social psychology, social interaction and social support as well as other additional impact, summed up the positive and negative effects of the implementation of urban subsistence allowances. Wherein the positive effects include:improving the basic living of poor families, guaranteeing the rights of the object awareness, social support and increase human capital, provide additional benefits. The negative effects include:failure to promote the development of minimum target, trapped in poverty, guaranteeing that the object of psychological inferiority anxiety, social interaction and the minimum target for the labor market exclusion and competition for low moral crisis. For the effect of the implementation of the system of subsistence allowances from the government to strengthen the propaganda and guidance, combat social exclusion, enhancing social inclusion, and increase investment in human capital, improve social adaptability put forward the corresponding solutions in three aspects.
