Research On The Performance Of Cadres Education And Training Of Yangjiang Communist Party School

The Party Central Committee and the State Council has always attached great importance to the education and training of cadres. Party school is the main position of cadre education and training, research on how to improve the performance of the Party school cadre education and training is of great significance in the new situation. On the basis of drawing lessons from domestic and foreign research results about the performance of cadre education and training, this paper further clarifies the connotation of Party school cadre education and training and its performance. Integration and application of CIPP evaluation model and Kirkpatrick model, using the method of questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation, to evaluation the training performance of Yangjiang Communist Party school,and found the main factors that restricting the performance of cadre education and training of Yangjiang Communist Party school. Finally, aiming at the problems of Yangjiang Communist Party school cadre education and training, put forward to deepen strategic training philosophy, deeply do training needs analysis, improve the training willingness and resource supportability, build a standardized and efficient training system four aspects of countermeasures and suggestions.
