A Study On Occupational Development Of Men’s Competitive Tennis In China

The paper aims at probing the principal problem and strategies in the occupation of the men’s tennis in China and through analyzing the development status of international tennis’s occupation and development path of Chinese tennis’occupation. In addition, on basis of comparing the different training mode between the excellent tennis players at home and abroad and different degree and effect between women’s and men’s tennis in China, the paper tries to analyze the men’s tennis in China at overall strength of competitive level and the development trend when the whole nation system is now at the dominant position in tennis sports. In order to put up with constructive advice for sustainable development of Chinese men’s tennis in domestic and international, the study is going to find the main factors hindering the occupation developing of the men’s tennis.Firstly the paper draws on the beneficial experience of the tennis occupation at home and abroad especially the successful experience of women’s tennis occupation to search for the feasible way of Chinese men’s tennis occupation. Besides, because Chinese women’s tennis has a breakthrough development in recent, the weak strength of Chinese men’s tennis comes into notice, so the stress has been also put on the study of Chinese men’s tennis occupation related to the development status and problems.In the second part the study propose the development problem the men’s tennis is facing and propose the inevitability of the trend in men’s tennis occupation through probing into the management mode and training mode at home and abroad. Furthermore in this part the paper bring up the obstacle factors and solution methods of Chinese men’s tennis occupation through drawing training lessons from international tennis powerhouse and Chinese women’s tennis. At last the study comes to a conclusion that Chinese men’s tennis occupation is necessary and unique and the trend is significant to improve the international competitiveness of Chinese competitive tennis. Compared with international tennis occupation, because of particular national conditions and system Chinese tennis occupation is confined to join or hold more International Tennis qualifying, and tennis market’s development and players’training are still staying in the frame of planned economy. Therefore in the future we should open up more tennis market and look for famous enterprises’ sponsorship in order to achieve mutually beneficial win-win.
