Tennis is an aristocratic descent and professional sport with high popularity in foreigncountries. It became the Olympic Games official game in1992. Chinese tennis history can betraced to the beginning of the last century, but it had begun with a fast development ofpopularization in the past twenty years. Along with the reforming and opening-up process,Chinese rapid progress in political, economic, cultural and other aspects promoted the rapiddevelopment of tennis and Chinese tennis began to win achievements and honors in the Asia.Under the supporting from the "whole nation system", a large amount of manpower, materialresources, financial resources, makes it possible for Chinese tennis to shine around the world.Although Chinese women began to win in the world, but there are still large gaps forChinese tennis overall strength in contrast to the world high level. The way to make moreChinese players becoming as good as Li Na; the way to make competitive tennis project rootin China, the way to develop the Chinese competitive tennis management mode, which are thecontents that the paper will focus on.The object of this paper is about the management mode of Chinese competitive tennis,with using literature, case analysis and expert interviews and other research methods,summarizing the domestic and foreign researches analysis about tennis and the managementmode. The main contents include three parts: the first part begins with the development ofChinese competitive tennis management mode analysis, finding out the main factors affectingits development, and analyzing the existing problems in the various stages of managementmode; the second part summarizes the management mode of competitive tennis in mainlyforeign countries through the case study, to explore the intentional and referencing experiencein competitive tennis management; the third part combines with the previous study and thendraws the corresponding conclusion contributing to the development of Chinese tennismanagement mode. The author hopes to devote to the Chinese competitive tennis developmentas thinly as she desires through this paper and hope to give the really useful and scientificsuggestions and ideas to Chinese Competitive tennis reference. By inspired with the competitive tennis management experience from other foreigncountries, the author indicates that China should build up a management mode to balance thematerials and manpower we have in China, which can create a valuable competitiveatmosphere for establishing multilayers of training and competition fa mode. The authordemonstrates that, Chinese competitive tennis management should comply with four principlesas following, progressive, communication, efficiency, and complement. With these fourprinciples above, Chinese competitive tennis management mode will continue to grow up withoptimizing internal structure, and leading itself to a regulated and efficient way in the future.
