| Thailand is a friendly neighbor of China, there is a closely associated with two countries. As China and Thailand conducted more and more exchanges and cooperation in various fields, Chinese language became a connection of the two peoples. The first step of learning Chinese is phonetic. This study based on the inter-language theory, contrastive analysis and errors analysis, collected and analysed the phonetic samples from Thai15junior school students, then made the corresponding teaching strate, gies to resolve their specific phonetic errors.The article is divided into6chapters. In the first chapter, I introduced the purpose, significance, theoretical foundation of the study and situation of phonetic learning nowadays in junior school of Thailand. In the second chapter, I comprehensively compared the Chinese phonetic system and Thai phonetic system. Made a brief review from consonants, vowels and tones3aspects, pointed out the similarities and differences between the two languages; In the third chapter, I made a phonetic experiment, pointed out the reasons of making phonetic errors. The main research object is Thai junior school students; In the fourth chapter, based on the teaching practice of mine and some related references, I introduced some specific teaching strategies to the phonetic errors; In the fifth chapter, my other suggestions to the Chinese phonetic teaching of Thai junior school students, including teachers, students and teaching materials etc; In the last chapter, I made a brief summary, pointed out shortages of the study and express my expectation to the future. |
