For the whole of football sports,football game belongs to the key activities mode,in the practical training system implements the use of more,rely on to yu Yang district of yulin city Cha He is high school football lesson to carry out targeted analysis of actual case,and power system of football teaching better cooperate teaching activities,improve students learning initiative,to achieve more ideal teaching effect,to further expand the overall teaching methods,perfecting the dimensions of the teaching content,to achieve the basis of "fun" effect.Taking yulin city yu Yang region Cha He middle school sports football class 61 grade 8 students to carry out targeted analysis,through literature,interview,questionnaire and teaching experiment scheme to carry out targeted analysis,using BMI ACTS as the basic morphological indexes,and at the same time use the project such as 50 meters,standing long jump determine basic physical quality.There is no obvious difference between the actual physical literacy of the experiment and the control class and the test scores of the last semester.It is proved that the actual literacy and technology of the control class and the experimental class are relatively close.Corresponding experimental activities are carried out through football games,and various indexes after the experiment are sorted out and studied.Experimental results:Depending on the teaching experiment lasting 16 weeks,and the corresponding experiment and control class,there is no relevant difference in actual body shape.From the perspective of actual physical function,the two groups showed significant differences in vital capacity,but no significant effects on vital capacity were found in sports games.Based on the analysis of actual physical literacy,the subjects of the two groups did not have significant changes in 50 m,sitting forward bend,pull-up and 800 m events,but their performance in sit-ups,standing long jump and 1000 m was significantly changed.Based on the analysis of psychological measurement dimensions,the two big data before and after the experiment were proved to have significant optimization in multiple dimensions such as interest,participation,attention and cognition,and no growth in areas such as autonomy and inquiry learning,and no difference in the six dimensions in the field of interest in comparison.Experimental conclusion:Through the actual analysis,football games for the actual speed,flexibility,and the influence of the upper limbs,etc,are not obvious,for abs,lower limbs and boys endurance multiple dimensions are achieved obvious ascension,for sensitive literacy effect of ascension,compared with traditional warming up the effect of the project is more ideal.By optimizing the actual teaching content of football games,more students can be attracted to the teaching projects,which is conducive to improving students' initiative of participation,learning initiative and overall interest.
