Research purposes:In order to further study when female students who threw to exercise our powers back Muscles characteristics, the use of isokinetic testing equipment for college athletes throwing back muscle testing to understand the female students throwing athletes carried back to the heart muscles before exercise flexion, extension movement of muscle characteristics and differences between each other, combining biomechanics, sports multidisciplinary knowledge of anatomy, sports training female students analyzed the technical characteristics throwers, want to apply the results of research to guide teaching throwing sports and training, but also want to conduct a special rate of low back muscle strength training and sports injury prevention to provide some reliable reference guide coaches through this data.Research Methods:In this study, the German production of Isomed2000isokinetic strength testing/training system, in strict accordance with Isomed2000isokinetic testing/training system manual operation, setting the angular velocity of the test were60°/s,120°/s,180°/s. Each angular velocity of the test subjects were asked to do their utmost strength isokinetic training for six groups, where each group of five times flexion and extension, each batch30s. Gravity compensation corrected before the test begins. When the test subjects were asked to make every effort required, the angular velocity of the test is complete rest after every5min, to avoid fatigue. The entire test before the start, the subjects performed the first15min of preparatory activities to avoid muscle strain in the test. Results:(1)When female students throwing athletes training back to the heart muscle isokinetic peak torque decreases with increasing angular velocity, peak torque compared with the increase after a given angular velocity first decreases and then increases as the angular velocity of the maximum power increases gradually decreases, and the maximum angular velocity increases as the power increases.(2)When female students throwing athletes training back to the heart muscle isokinetic peak torque and maximum power, maximum power is maximum in the fourth group, the decreasing trend basically after the first increase. Peak torque than120°/s minimum,180°/s maximum. Angle of peak torque occurs, the first group of four groups of six maximum, which were flexor angle60°/s to15°,120°/s to13°,180°/s to-25°,60°extensor/s to5°,120°/s to7°,180°/s to24.(3)When female students throwing athletes training back to the heart muscle isokinetic peak torque and maximum correlation occurs between the peak torque angle:60°/s speeds under flexion muscles are no significant correlation,120°/s speeds flexor there was a significant correlation extensor no significant correlation,180°/s flexion muscle there was a significant correlation; correlation between peak torque and maximum power between:60°/under s speed flexor no significant correlation stretch muscle there was a significant correlation under120°/s speed flexor there was a significant correlation extensor no significant correlation under180°/s speed flexor there was a significant correlation extensor there was a significant correlation; peak torque correlation with maximum power:60°/s speeds under flexion and extension muscle there was a significant correlation,120°/s speeds under no significant correlation flexor, extensor there was a significant correlation,180°/s speeds flexor no significant correlation was significant correlation extensors.Conclusion:(1) Throwers female students in the fast movement although the strength decreased, but the muscle explosiveness has been greatly improved, which can be inferred female college athlete throwing fast maximum strength training will help improve athletic performance.(2) female college athlete throwing back muscle isokinetic exercise is better than flexor extensor explosive power, and fast acting extensor stronger, but better flexor stability. Visible, extensor when strenuous exercise, the likelihood of injury than the flexor large, it is recommended that coaches should be properly trained in the development of active muscle muscle strength, maintain the stability of the active muscles and antagonistic muscles.(3) female college athlete throwing back muscle groups tested in the heart of isokinetic training to6under, the peak torque and maximum power, maximum power reached a maximum at the fourth set, thus throwing sports not only focus on the muscle during training absolute strength training, endurance training should also strengthen the muscles of athletes, athletes in throwing back guarantee more stable support, help athletes throwing power loss when passing a small quantity.(4) female college athlete throwing back muscle flexion and extension peak torque between the muscle and the angle between the peak torque at180°/s rapid movement has a very significant negative correlation states, while the peak torque angle but also has significant differences. Therefore, in order to improve the female students in the fast-moving throwing athletes can maximize the absolute power should be focused on the lower back muscles against resistance amount of training.(5) By analyzing the female college athlete throwing back muscle peak torque and maximum power, correlation draw female students between peak torque and maximum power of throwing athletes in180°/s fast-moving, highly explosive back muscle while energy play a strong muscle strength. This can be seen in training female college coaches Elite Throwers, using fast, high-load exercise will have a positive role in improving athletic performance.
