The core training of ankle instability of aerobics gymnastic athletes to intervene and disscuss the effect of core training of the athlete’s ankle joint stability.This paper chose Beijing Sport University aerobics 18 have a history of ankle joint injury of students as the experimental object, According to the motion class were randomly divided into the experimental group and 9 in the control group of 9 people, the experimental group based on the core training for a period of 6 weeks of training,3 times a week, every 45 minutes. Mainly based on S-E-T training standardization of core training of the suspension movement. Before and after the experiment respectively on the Aerobics athletes are the core parts of strength, body balance control ability and special skills to the test and ankle function score and instability frequency. The core part of forces including test:Torsoline testing instrument core parts of flexion, extension, lateral flexion left side, lateral flexion right side, rotation leftward and rotation rightward core strength. Body balance control ability tests including:Prokin test system to measure the dynamic balance stability index (overall, front and back direction, left and right direction stability index).Special skills testing including:Straight jump and Cossack jump test.Ankle joint function score and instability frequency:Chinese version ankle joint function score. The two groups before and after the experimental data measured by SPSS18.0 and Excel were compared and analyzed.Results:1) The core strength of the core 6 week training of the athletes have significantly improved (p<0.05); 2) Core training index after the dynamic balance and stability of the experimental group and the control group had significant difference (p<0.05);3) After 6 weeks of training core stability is better than experiment the ankle joint group(p< 0.05), there was significant difference between the test results and the control group (p<0.05);4)After the experiment, there were significant differences between the two groups of special skills of straight jump test (p<0.01);5) The stability of ankle score and overall, about dynamic stability index a negative correlation(p<0.05);Dynamic stability index have significant correlation with core strength (p<0.05).Conclusions:1) The ankle instability of Aerobics Gymnastics Athletes after core training, improve the dynamic balance ability and the stability of ankle joint to improve.2)Core training is can improve athletes trunk strength, promote left and right lateral bending and left and right rotation strength tends to be balanced.3) Core training has obvious effect on improving the athletes’ special skills, improve the stability of the difficulty of athletes.4) Ankle function score and special skills are related, and the overall dynamic stability index, dynamic stability index showed a moderate negative correlation; dynamic balance ability and core parts of trunk strength have significant correlation.1)Core stability training is beneficial to the aerobics athlete core strength increase, especially to the back stretch strength has a significant effect, can promote the strength of the left and right lateral flexion and rotation of the muscle around constantly balance.
