The knowledge economy era is the era of talent in the 21 st century. Talent competition is the key to all competition. The main body of enterprises’ talent demand is knowledge-based talents and skilled talents today. Staff training is not only a kind of consumption activities, but also a kind of investment activity, Which can accumulate human capital for enterprises. Experiential learning is mainly manifested in the process of practice. The learners need to introspect and observe many times in practice. Then they can get the knowledge, skills and attitudes, etc. And they can apply to work and life. The application of experiential learning enterprises is relatively narrow in our country, mainly confined to expand training, etc. Experiential learning method is reasonable and effective, which not only can improve management benefit of enterprises, but also can save the human cost for the enterprise and promote the all-round development of employees. This paper combed the related literature at home and abroad by literature method and comparative research. By questionnaire and interview survey to investigate the employees in She Hong county of Si Chuan province. Through the analysis of the influence factors of experiential learning method and the existing problems, the author combines the actual situation faced by the enterprise and puts forward the related countermeasure. Hoping to help enterprises improve results in employees’ training and shaping, promote the common development of enterprises and employees.In the interdiction part, this article elaborated the research origin, significance, methods and general situation of the research at home and abroad.In the second part, the experiential learning theory and theoretical foundation are expounded, including the philosophy foundation and psychological basis. Thepsychological basis includes constructivism, situated cognition and humanistic psychology.The third part simply introduces the use of the experiential learning method, compares the experiential learning method and the traditional training methods, and introduces the effective experiential learning courses’ characteristics.The fourth part studies the experiential learning of the staff.Mainly including the learning demand for employees, the status quo of experiential learning staff, and feedback of experiential learning. Then analyzing the influence factors of employees’ experiential learning.The fifth part, according to the results of the survey, the experiential learning problems in the staff members are analyzed and summarized. Mainly including(1) the learning mechanism is not perfect;(2) the analysis of the study demand is weak;(3) the learning goals to enhance staffs’ soft quality is given priority to;(4) the learning content is lack of pertinence;(5) the quality level of teachers is uneven;(6) the execution and supervision of power is insufficient in the process of learning;(7) the managers do not attach great importance to the staffs’ learning;(8) the learning effect evaluation becomes a mere formality. Finally, according to the actual situation of enterprises, the author puts forward some suggestions. Including(1) strengthening the consciousness of investment, paying attention to personnel training;(2) improving the learning mechanism, stimulating the interest of staff in learning;(3) building the learning corporate culture, achieving common development;(4) improving the execution and supervision, ensuring the quality and efficiency of learning;(5) strengthening the summary and reflection, promoting the virtuous cycle;(6) choosing the appropriate training institutions, strengthening the construction of internal staff. The sixth is divided into the conclusion of this article.
