Preschool teachers’ professional ethics anomie behavior is the common behavior in kindergarten and it must be paid enough concern. The systemic and specifically research of preschool teachers’ professional ethics anomie behavior is less in the existing research. So, it is necessary to regulate the behavior of preschool teachers and create a good development environment for young children by studying the current situation of preschool teachers’ professional ethics anomie behavior and the influence of young children. This children uses the self-compiled observation table of preschool teachers’ professional ethics anomie behavior. Then I randomly selected from three different levels of kindergarten and choose senior, junior and little age classes each kindergarten and observe each age of class for ten days in Shenyang. The research content is divided into two parts:the status quo of preschool teachers’ professional ethics anomie behavior and children of teachers’ professional ethics anomie behavior reaction. The results show that: 1.The present status of preschool teachers’ professional ethics anomie behavior:(1)The overall distribution of preschool teachers’ professional ethics anomie behavior:The type of preschool teachers’ professional ethics anomie behavior is significant difference:The distribution of using frequency from high to low is lecturing, intimidation, desolation, satire in turn;The situation of preschool teachers’ professional ethics anomie behavior is significant difference:The situational distribution frequency from high to low is life activities, group activities, regional activities, games, activities in turn; The level of kindergarten of preschool teachers’ professional ethics anomie behavior of the distribution is extremely significant difference :The level from high to low is the third types of kindergarten, the second kindergarten, the first of types kindergarten in turn.(2)Preschool teachers’ professional ethics anomie behavior type distribution: Different grades kindergarten teachers’ professional ethics anomie behavior types are extremely significant difference. The first type of kindergarten prone to intimidate ethics anomie behavior and not prone to scold type ethics anomie behavior; The second type kindergarten prone to reprimand irony model ethical anomie behavior, and is not easy to produce intimidation ethics anomie behavior; The third types of kindergarten prone to neglect ethical anomie behavior and is not easy to produce reprimanded type ethics anomie behavior. Preschool teachers’ professional ethics anomie behavior type is significant difference is in different age. Little class teachers are prone to intimidate anomie behavior; Junior class teachers are prone to scold type ethics anomie behavior; Senior class teachers are prone to sarcastic ethics anomie behavior.(3)The distribution situation of preschool teachers’ professional ethics anomie behavior: The situation distribution of different grades kindergarten preschool teachers’ professional ethics anomie behavior difference was not significant, but the first grade class kindergarten teachers are more likely to appear in living activities and the second grade class teachers are in collective teaching. The distribution difference was not significant of preschool teachers’ professional ethics anomie behavior situation different in age class. Senior class teachers’ professional ethics anomie behavior frequency obviously higher than that of little class in collective teaching; The number of little class teachers’ professional ethics anomie behavior were significantly higher than those of senior in life activities.(4)Preschool teachers’ professional ethics anomie behavior in different situation types is extremely significant difference. In game activities of the teachers are prone to intimidate ethics anomie behavior; In regional activities and life activities teachers are prone to scold type ethics anomie behavior; In collective teaching and game activities teachers are prone to neglect ethical anomie behavior; In collective teaching teachers are prone to sarcastic ethical behavior. 2.Young children reaction about the present situation of teachers’ professional ethics anomie behavior:(1) Children of teachers’ professional ethics anomie behavior reaction is extremely remarkable difference of population distribution, mainly produce negative.(2) Children reactions to different types of ethical anomie behavior is extremely significant difference distribution. Teachers’ reprimanded and irony behavior are more likely to produce negative reaction, and threatening behavior and desolate behavior are less likely to have a negative reaction.(3) Children reaction to different situation ethics anomie behavior is extremely significant difference distribution. Children in the life activities of teachers’ professional ethics anomie behavior produce negative reaction more easily. In the teaching activities of the collective response to teachers’ professional ethics anomie behavior is not easy to produce.(4) Different age class children of teachers’ professional ethics anomie behavior reaction distribution difference is significant. Junior children are more prone to negative reactions, instead of senior children and little children is not easy to produce negative reaction. Discussion is about current situation of early childhood teachers’ professional ethics anomie behavior,the above results from early childhood teachers’ professional ethics anomie behavior incentive and moral anomie behavior influence on young children’s three aspects, and putting forward the countermeasures. Finally, aiming at the shortcomings of the this study, the problems to be solved are put forward.
