In recent years,the Chinese government,its education administrative departments,and schools have always emphasized the importance of putting teachers' ethics and style and their construction in the first place,and the performance of teachers' ethics should be regarded as regular registration of teacher qualifications,performance appraisal,job title review,job hiring,and excellent evaluation.The important content of the reward,and the one-vote veto system for teachers' performance in teacher ethics.Although the proposal and implementation of the one-vote veto system shows that the government,its education administrative departments,and schools attach great importance to the problem of teacher ethics,and it also provides legal protection for the follow-up management of teacher ethics accountability results,but heavy strikes often lead to Too much attention is paid to the results of teacher ethics accountability and its follow-up management,and other aspects of the teacher ethics accountability system are relatively ignored,which is not conducive to the prevention and management of teacher ethics anomie behaviors.For example,although local schools have implemented a teacher ethics accountability system with the "one-vote veto system" as the core,incidents of teacher ethics still occur from time to time.This shows that my country's current teacher ethics accountability system is still in some respects.There are defects or deficiencies.Discussing the teacher ethics accountability system and its impact on teacher ethics anomie behaviors will not only help us improve the teacher ethics accountability system,but also help us prevent and manage teacher ethics anomie behaviors.This study divides the teacher ethics accountability system into five parts:teacher ethics accountability subject,teacher ethics accountability object,teacher ethics accountability content,teacher ethics accountability method,and teacher ethics accountability results,and divides teacher ethics accountability behaviors into five parts There are three types of misconduct,dereliction of duty and dereliction of duty.The questionnaire survey method is mainly used to grasp the situation of the teacher's ethics accountability system in elementary and middle schools and the situation of teacher ethics dereliction behaviors in elementary and middle schools.The influence of anomie behavior.The specific thinking of this article is:The first part is the introduction.According to the background and significance,determine the impact of the teacher ethics accountability system on teacher ethics anomie behavior as the research topic,consult relevant literature,learn from past academic wisdom,and discover the basic points of the research,and then determine the investigation and research based on the requirements of the research objectives and content Methods.The second part is the construction of related concepts and theories.First,analyze and define the main concepts of teacher ethics accountability and teacher ethics anomie behavior,and then define the components of the teacher ethics accountability system from the dimension of the accountability system.The third part is an empirical study of the influence of the accountability system for teacher ethics of primary and middle school teachers on the behavior of teacher ethics anomie.This study conducted a questionnaire survey on 1956 teachers in Wuhan and Xiangyang,Hubei Province.Using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 18.0 data software,1548 valid questionnaires were analyzed,and it was found that the current teacher ethics accountability system in China has a "lack of subjects"."Diversity","Imperfect legal norms","Low teacher participation","Unreasonable reward and punishment system",found"the accountability subject in the teacher's ethics accountability system","the degree of importance of the school","national level" The four aspects of“laws and norms of China" and "impact of accountability results"will have a significant impact on the behavior of teachers' anomie.The fourth part is a summary of the advanced experience of accountability in the field of foreign education.The experience of teacher ethics accountability in Canada,the United States,and the United Kingdom is summarized respectively.The fifth part is the accountability countermeasures to prevent the behaviors of teachers in elementary and middle schools from anomie.Based on the main aspects of the teacher ethics accountability system that have an impact on teacher ethics anomie behavior and the current problems in my country's teacher ethics accountability system,a targeted proposal was made to improve the teacher ethics accountability system in my country's primary and secondary schools to prevent or reduce teacher ethics anomie.Behavioral countermeasures.
