Rural primary and secondary school physical education teachers is the specific practitioners of rural sc hool sports, the enthusiasm of the work will be to a great extent, af fect the quality of the physical education teaching. Pay attention to and improve the rural primary and secondary school PE teachers social position, promotes the development of the rural school sports, deepening the reform of rural basic education. Rural social status of PE teachers is not only direc tly related to their quality of life, is also related to the stability of the c ontingent of rural PE teach ers and the overall level of school spor ts development. Therefore, attention to social status of PE teachers in rural primary and secondary school is particularly important. This text USES the me thod of documents and m aterials, questionnaire investigation, interv iew method, m athematical statistics research methods, such as social status of rura l primary and secondary school physical education teachers to investigate and research. Through interview and surve y of rural prim ary and secondary school physical education teachers, in co mbination with related literature and theory, the social status of PE teachers in rural pri mary and middle school present situation and influence factors in th e in-depth and d etailed analysis, and to improve the rural m iddle and prim ary school sports teachers’ social status, some Suggestions are put fo rward. The thesis study from the following several parts:The first part of int roduction, mainly from the social status to be focused on rural primary and secondary school physical education teachers, the needs of the rural p hysical education teachers team construction and the needs of the development of rural school sports from three aspects, expounds the research background of the thesis; And from the aspects of theory and practice to study purpose and significance of this article h as carried on the deta iled elaboration, and studied the domestic and foreign rela ted research r eview, and the research object, method and content have a more holistic understanding and grasp.The second part as the research obj ect and the method in this paper. This research adopts the main re search methods are: literature, questionnaire, interview method, m athematical statistics and logical analysis. At the co mpletion of all le vels of indicators, on t he basis of design and the validity of t he inspection, make the content of the questionnaire, and on hengdong county, hunan province ningxiang county, xingsha randomly selected 30 of th ree areas of m iddle and primary schools, 113 physical education teachers in rural prim ary and secondary schools as research object.The third part is present situati on investigation, mainly through questionnaire and interview two kinds of methods, respectively from the economic status, political status and occupational prestige and so on three aspects to investigate. To understand the current reality of rural prim ary and secondary school physical education teach ers in our country’s social status, but also expounds on the social st atus of identity. This part is the focus of this study, but also its research foundation.The fourth part mainly related to the social capital theory for the rural primary and secondary school phy sical education teachers and the connotation and characteristics of so cial capital recourse, and the influence factors of the social cap ital of rural primary and secondary school physical education teachers to make and finally dem onstrates in detail the rural primary and secondary school physical education teachers of social capital ’s influence on the so cial status. From the individual’s social relation network, of sports teacher’s s chool have given by the capital and the social environment and the national legal system of social norms in the form of social capita l from three aspects explain the mechanism of the effect.The fifth part is put forward countermeasures to improve the rural middle and primary school sports teac hers’ social status. Advice from improve sports teachers themselves, at the same time, the g overnment, society, school envi ronment and pol icy support, to im prove the rural middle and primary school sports teach ers’ social status. PE teachers of social capital as the influence factors of school physical education reform and development plays a very important role. And from the macro, meso and micro expatiates on three aspects: physical education teachers should actively focus on understandi ng the main provi sions of the docum ents about the school sports work under th e state council and the m inistry of education, the function of government sports management institutions and the relevant m inistries and commissions of the school sport s work the main documents and regulations so as to build up the m acro level of social capital; Rural prim ary and sec ondary school physical education teachers to schools and other or ganizations to establish a relationshi p network inside and outside, the school should also be positive for teachers to create an environment of accumulation of social capital, broadening the channels for communication and construct platform for the development of rural primary and secondary school physical education teachers; Rural primary and secondary school physical education teachers the ef fective construction of social capital n eed to strengthen the subjective consciousness of social capital accumulation, to understand the importance of social capital, im prove their co mprehensive quality and autonomous, promote the social status of self improvement.The sixth part of the conclusion of the study were summarized. The government,society, schools set up advice support network to improve the physical education teachers social status of rural primary and secondary schools. From the perspective of the so ciety to an active interest in and understanding of basic education sc hool sports management agency functions and the documents of the State Council in relation to the school sports work and the main provisi ons of the, formed the i nformation network, build the macro level of s ports teachers’ social capital; from school organizational level, build a platform for sharing resources to promote rural primary and secondary school physical education teachers’ professional growth. From the indi vidual level, and schoolsand other organizations to establish relationship network. And stressed the importance of rural; improve primary and secondary school physical education teachers shouldpursue their social status.
