One of the most important tool of communication in human life is the language. At the same time,the language is the basis media of the ideological and political theory class teaching activities. The famous Russian scholar Jimy liang Jeff said: " teacher is not the megaphone to convey your book; nor camera copying reality down; but the creator and artists." Teaching language affects many-sided development of the students, and teaching language art can help to promote the formation of students’ good character, so we can say teaching language art level directly affects the teaching effect. Because, the ideological and political classes contains many rich logical knowledge. This course not only to teach and to give students a variety of cultural knowledge, but also undertake to the student ideological and moral cultivation education. So, in ideological and political theory courses, artistic teaching language is particularly important.Using rhetoric art in the ideological and political theory course teaching language in middle school can help to unify students cognition, emotion,intention, faith, and behavior effectively, also can help teachers complete their teaching objectives. The teacher master basic teaching language rhetoric skills, can make the ideological and political lesson teaching language brief and to the point,at the same time, also can highlight key education, and promote the accuracy,scientific and logical of the ideological and political theory of language. This article is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction. In the introduction, firstly to show the selected topic reason; Secondly to statement the purpose of this study as well as the theoretical and practical significance; Once more is the literature review for the teaching language arts, ideological and political teaching language, and language rhetoric art, then raise questions that need to study; Then, briefly sketch research methods adopted in this paper; Finally, from the rhetoric Angle to research the emphases,difficulties and innovation of ideological and political education language art.The second part discusses the position,role and the close relationship of rhetoric teaching in the middle school from the relationship of rhetoric and ideological and political lesson teaching language art.The third part is the concrete application of rhetoric art inquiry of ideological and political theory course teaching language in middle school.The fourth part is to improve the ideological and political lesson teaching method and the path to explore the effectiveness of the language rhetoric art.Starting from the actual requirements of new curriculum reform, this paper based on theoretical perspectives of linguistics and rhetoric, in conjunction with the teaching practice of the ideological and political theory course in middle school, in reference to predecessors’ teaching experience, contact hot difficult problems of the present and the era characteristic of middle school ideological and political lesson to do system analysis and summary of the teachers’ language rhetoric art, further enrich the middle school ideological and political lesson teaching theory research in the field of language, in order to help improving actual effect of ideological and political theory course teaching and learning.
