Object:The purpose of this study was to survey the tennis the sport injuries of secondary high-risk areas. Select the appropriate test objects Muscle Testing, Conclude that the isokinetic muscle strength characteristics of high sport injuries incidengce of tennis second level athletes. Conclude the change of isokinetic muscle estrength characteristics of three-parts of high sport injuries incidengce of tennis second level athletes after damage. Methods:This study analyzes and studies based on document literature method, questionnaire method, experimentation, mathematical statistics and other study methods.Results:(1)The tennis second level athletes participate in the questionnaire survey of tennis athletes sports injury,in total, Sports injury occurred236person-time.Knee57passengers,49passengers ankle, elbow45times,21times lower leg, waist and abdomen20times,18times the wrist, shoulder17times,4times the thigh, the head three times, toes two passengers.(2) The next two test speed, the ipsilateral knee flexion relative peak torque than the obvious differences. However, the same test angle, left knee flexion and extension peak torque ratio relative differences do not exist.(3) After unilateral knee injury, isokinetic strength testing results of contralateral and ipsilateral knee reduced to varying degrees.(4) Compared with the knee and elbow, ankle flexion relative peak torque is relatively small, especially in the240°/s.(5) After three high positions injury, flexion relative peak torque has some changes.Conclusion:(1) Three high site of secondary Tennis Sports Injury is knee, ankle and elbow.(2) Second level tennis players around the knee in a relative state of dynamic equilibrium, weak-side help to reduce the probability of occurrence of sports injuries of the knee.(3)After second level tennis athletes unilateral knee injury occurs, the contralateral and ipsilateral knee costs varying degrees of atrophy.(4) Compared with the knee and elbow, ankle stability tennis player two is weak, particularly in the state of high-speed movement.(5) After three high secondary site Tennis Sports Injury injury occurs, Joint strength decline at the same time, the stability of the joint are influenced by a certain.
