Whole-body vibration training as a new way for rapid repeated stimulation of muscle, improve nerve conduction velocity synapses, causing tonic reflex contraction of the samemuscle, increase muscle activity etc. have significant role. In this study, in Changchun City, the community, through the relevant questionnaire screening women aged24names as theobject of study, and are randomly assigned to two groups, one for regular training group(control group), a group of whole-body vibration training group (experimental group), afterreceiving a weekly exercise time was3times for30minutes total duration of eight weeks ofphysical training intervention. Conclusions are as follows:(1)8weeks of whole body vibration training can improve the elderly lower limb hip, knee peak torque, ankle flexor, extensor group and peak power, indicating that whole-bodyvibration can be used as the elderly muscle strength training to maintain and improve a animportant training tool.(2)8weeks of whole body vibration strength training muscles around the joints of thehuman body effects are not consistent. Muscle vibration amplitude and vibration frequencynear the vibration source can effectively stimulate the muscles, muscle and away from thesource of vibration amplitude and vibration frequency but not enough to stimulate themuscles.(3)8weeks of whole body vibration strength training can significantly increase the timevalue of one leg stance, indicating that whole body vibration training can improve older staticbalance.(4) After eight weeks of whole body vibration training intervention integratedsensorimotor integration test scores compared with the control group, the difference was verysignificant; it significantly reduces the reaction latency. These have proven whole-bodyvibration training interventions to improve older people’s ability to control posture has a goodeffect.(5)8weeks of whole body vibration training intervention for older proprioceptive, visualand vestibular training effect of different functions, improve the role of proprioceptivefunction most strongly, followed by vestibular function, and to improve vision in general.
