Mankind has always been the pursuit of the ideal goal is one of the education fair,in modern times, the development of science and technology is very fast, the countryand the nation are to thrive, knowledge and talents are the decisive factor. The wholeworld is aware of the importance of education, especially the fairness of education. Formy country, fairness of education is one of the most important problems at the presentstage. China is a socialist country, the national nature of the educational needs of fairthis concept, all citizens have the right to education, the country must protect thefundamental rights of citizens. Whether solving education fairness problem, directlyaffect whether the perfection of modern education system, whether it can reduce the gapbetween the rich and the poor, can contribute to social justice, the relationship betweenthe interests of each and every one of us.The role of education is the most important physical and mental health and overallquality is conducive to the improvement of education, in favor of man and nature, manand society, man and others, man and their harmonious development. Therefore,education should be people-oriented, to embody the fairness principle. In some ways thefairness of education is the education resources allocation problem of the reactionbetween person and person, need the main performance fairness in the starting point, allthe people to accept the education process and result, main body education fair includesnot only students but also teachers. The education of our country at the present stage isstill not fully achieve fairness, these years, the theory circle and the general public, moreand more attention to the fairness of education. With the rapid development ofurbanization in our country, appear a new class a lot, which mainly refers to theemergence of a large number of middle-income groups and migrant workers, educationequity arise problems become more and more fierce.After the reform and opening up, China has established a sound a lot in favor of urban and rural education equitable rule of law, make the work of urban and ruraleducation has obtained the considerable progress, but still not completely solve theproblem of urban and rural education unfair. This paper uses the relevant achievementsof the education problem investigation issued in the network and the campus of thevolume, and data collation and analysis to search, and access to a large number ofrelevant research literature, including academic journals, theses and dissertations,research the problem of China’s urban and rural education on the education of startingpoint and result of education process, education injustice from the value idea, andsecurity, economic development and system and puts forward some correspondingcountermeasures from three aspects, in order to achieve the education equity betweenurban and rural areas, promote the development of a harmonious society in china.
