Whether solving education fairness problem, directlyaffect whether the perfection of modern education system, whether it can reduce the gapbetween the rich and the poor, can contribute to social justice, the relationship betweenthe interests of each and every one of us.The role of education is the most important physical and mental health and overallquality is conducive to the improvement of education, in favor of man and nature, manand society, man and others, man and their harmonious development.
