In May 2020,Premier Li Keqiang proposed to promote equitable development and quality improvement of education.At the same time,the Party and the government have also issued a number of policies to address the imbalance in urban and rural education,with a view to promoting balanced development of basic education in urban and rural areas and promoting equality in education.After the development in recent years,the educational administrative departments have been strengthening the construction of rural education resources,and the rural basic education environment has been significantly improved.On this basis,this study attempts to reveal whether there are still physical differences between urban and rural students in basic education stage in Huangshi City,and to explore the characteristics and influencing factors of the differences.In the perspective of education fairness,this study used questionnaire survey method,interview method,field research method,comparison analysis method,etc.,in hubei province in 2019 primary and middle school students' physical health test data as the foundation,to 10 representative of huangshi city urban and rural primary schools sampling investigation,and at the same time with relevant experts,sports teachers conducted semi-structured interviews,collected a complete raw data,In this way,the phenomenon of physical differentiation of urban and rural primary school students is revealed,and the influencing factors of physical differentiation of urban and rural primary school students are explored.Through the above research,the following conclusions are drawn: 1.The physical level of Huangshi primary school students is lower than that of the same age students in Hubei Province,showing obvious regional differences.2.The physical fitness level of Huangshi urban students is better than that of rural students.3.Students' subjective consciousness plays a decisive role in their own constitution;4.School teaching resources and parents' physical education attitude play a guiding role in students' physique;5.Community sports equipment and peer influence have two-way influence on students' physique;6.The implementation of sports policies plays a guiding role in the balanced development of urban and rural education and the improvement of students' physique.In view of the above problems,the following suggestions are put forward: 1.Pair up support activities for urban and rural primary schools;2.Replace physical education teaching equipment in rural areas,make full use of the advantages of the Internet,provide high-quality online physical education courses,and strengthen the development of online and offline physical activities;3.Sharing PE teachers and carrying out compulsory teaching in the countryside by PE teachers in urban areas;4.Community staff should earnestly strengthen the construction of residents' sports culture and improve the public sports resources of rural communities;5.Establish and improve the evaluation mechanism and accountability mechanism for sports work in rural schools.
