In the process of reform and opening up in the role of market mechanisms, Chinesesocial class structure is being continuously adjusted. Although far away from childrenreplacement system, the aspect of Chinese filial generation accessing the employmentstatus is determined by two aspects: ascribed factors and acquired factors. And Jobseekers are in the era of hard-working, ability competition, backgroundcomparison, which is undoubtedly to the opposite of the fairness of the socialharmonious. In this paper, we are mainly study a series of problems that appears inChinese filial generation chasing the higher employment status in “competition”:How should the employment status of descending generations comprehensivelymeasure and sort? After the transition from planned economy to market economy inChina, is there a inherited system in intergenerational acquirement of employment status? Is there significant influence of ascribed factors on Chinese descending generationsaccessing the employment status? How the acquired factors affect the Chinesedescending generations to the employment status? With the time passing and the processof market economy,is there a change that caused by the effect of various factors on theemployment status? This article is basing on the theory of social justice, stratification, mobility, andapplying the thoughts of cohort analysis. From the concept of micro level research tostudy the affect of ascribed factors and acquired factors on the descending generation inobtaining employment status, we are focusing on the effect on ascribed factors aboutparents social status of descending generations to obtain employment generation.According to the research about abstract, a preliminary understanding of the subgeneration of employment status to obtain the status of relevant research is obtained.Comparing and studying the point of view of predecessors to access a preliminarydemonstration and analyzing possible researching conclusions. Based on the survey dataof CHNS database in1989,2000,2011, matching the data, selecting the index variablesrepresent sub generation of employment status and all kinds of affecting factors to selectdata and make a pair. Finally, discussing various factors which affecting theemployment status of descending generations, describing statistical analysis on thevariables, and understanding the general situation of empirical analysis data through the theoretical analysis.Level of variables grouped and sorted according to the certain standard, andutilizing AHP to determine the weights of weights. Furthermore, using the weightcoefficient to generate comprehensive equal segments and determining the employmentstatus hierarchy. Besides, with the ideal generation analysis, using integrated variablesand affecting factor variables to structure multiple Probit regression analysis model, and investigating the significance and impact of various factors to identify importantfactors that affect the acquirement of employment status of the descending generations.Apparently, decomposing on the parents’ social affecting resources by using the idea ofexperimental design to understand the impact of acquired grade factors andcharacteristics of descending population of employment status. Theoretical andempirical analysis are concluded according to theoretical and empiricalanalysis. Moreover, judging an important factors that affect the access of descendinggenerations about employment status and then proposing policy recommendations onincreasing the employment floating status and promotions of employment equity. This paper deems that the employment status of descending generations should bemeasured in three dimensions: economy, politics and society. Additionally it can besorted through a comprehensive evaluation of a comprehensive approach. The influencefactors can be divided into ascribed factors and acquired factors.Ascribed factors can becategorized into the components of parent’s social resources and non-parents socialresources. Furthermore, parent’s social resources can be discomposed into rating factorsand population characteristics. After Chinese transition from a planned economy to amarket economy, the empirical analysis shows that employment status ofintergenerational inheritance is no longer obviously existing and is replaced byunconspicuous of employment status of intergenerational inheritance and the role ofinherited is batting. The existence of inherited action shows that there is a significanceabout the impact of social resources of parents and it has obvious effect on thesegmentation of the market. The education and working time of descendinggenerations has a significant influence, which illustrate that acquired factors can play acertain role in the obtaining of employment status. Accompanied by the generationsand the process of market economy, there are mixed results about the significance onobtaining employment status in various factors and the influence degree of significantfactors are continuously changing which leading the descending affect on ascribed factors and the effect of acquired factors is boosting.
