Objective. By comparing the VO2max and other related physiologic indexes of actual test values, investigating and comparing scientific testing methods of incremental treadmill stress test, increasing load 20 m shuttle run test, 50 m×8 shuttle run, to identify scientific, simple and easy test method for the upper grades pupils measurement and evaluation of aerobic capacity.Methods: The experimental test randomly selected 102 students aged 11-13; first measured height, weight, fat percentage, fat content, lean body mass, SV, CO in a quiet state; then 20mMSRT, 50m× 8, Andersen, treadmill of maximum movement measuring VO2max and other physiological indicators.Research results:1. Boys and girls 20mMSRT, 50mx8, three methods treadmill obtained VO2max have no significant difference (p> 0.05) ; Tiping 20mMSRT, 50m×8 as a method for measuring aerobic capacity high reliability and validity.2, 11, 12, 13- year-old students three ways to obtain these indicators:Peak-R, Peak (VE /VCO2). VCO2 peak, VEpeak respectively overall have significant difference (p <0.05); 11, 12, 13-year-olds students indicator of Peak-PetVCO2 have significant difference (p <0.05) between 50m×8 generally obtained and treadmill. Differences suggesting that these indicators 50m×8 test more involved in anaerobic metabolism, followed 20mMSRT.3, 11, 12, 13-year-olds have three ways to obtain these indicators : HRpeak, Peak-HRres, RFpeak, BRpeak, VO2/HRpeak, SVpeak overall have no significant difference (p> 0.05), suggesting that these indicators indifference is the decision was VO2 max high reliability and validity premise.4, 11, 12, 13-year-old boys and girls in the morning quiet state measured height, weight, BMI, body fat percentage, fat and lean body mass content, SV, CO these values increasing trend with age increasing ; boys and girls three kinds of motion experiments K4b2 directly measured VO2, VO2max (except girls), SVpeak, VEpeak, VTpeak, VCO2 peak value of physiological parameters increase with increasing age. 11, 12, 13-year-old girls three kinds of exercise test K4b2 directly measured VO2max value decrease with increasing age. 11, 12, 13-year-old boys have no this trend.5, There is higher correlation (0.94<r<0.96) between VO2max of treadmill test value and VO2/BLM; tips for kids lean body mass associated with oxygen uptake.6、Six 20m-MRST VO2 max estimated value of the equation and K4b2 measured VO2 max of students have high relatively(0.626<r<0.836); tips VO2 max can be estimated by regression equation.Research Conclusions:1、Incremental treadmill stress test, multi-level shuttle run test,50 m×8 shuttle run test, the maximum oxygen uptake and maximum heart rate obtained no significant difference; exercise testing among these three methods can be reacted aerobic capacity.2、Incremental treadmill stress test, multi-level shuttle run test,50 m×8 shuttle run test, the obtained excretion minute ventilation and carbon dioxide were significantly different, and 50 m ×8 shuttle run> 20 meters increasing load reentry running> treadmill increasing load; Tip 50 m×8 shuttle run during the anaerobic metabolism components increasing load higher than 20 m shuttle run, as the aerobic capacity (cardiovascular fitness) test should use the shuttle run 20 meters increasing load.3、Changes in maximal oxygen uptake gender differences, which increase girls maximal oxygen uptake decreases with age, which is closely related to the growth and development of girls.
