Research purposes: maximal oxygen uptake(VO2max)is mainly limited by the central system(oxygen transport)and peripheral system(oxygen utilization). This study was induced by10 weeks of single resistance training to explore the maximum resistance of resistance training. The effect of oxygen and its limiting factors to identify the main limiting factors for maximal oxygen uptake at a particular level. Methods: Thirteen male subjects aged 19-28 were selected for good health and no systematic exercise training history.Incremental load treadmill before and after 10 weeks of single resistance training to test maximum oxygen uptake,Doppler color Doppler test heart function, portable vital capacity tester to test blood function,DEXA dual-energy photon scanner to measure body composition,PortaLite muscle oxygen instrument test Muscle oxygen in exercise, all indicators were analyzed by paired samples. Results: 1.The absolute and relative values ? of the maximal oxygen uptake of the subjects did not change significantly(absolute value 3.32 L/min before training 3.3 3.38 L/min after training, relative value 44.4 ml/min/kg before training ? training)After 43.7 ml/min/kg).2.Changes in the degree of cardiac structure and function indicators: cardiac structure(left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and end-systolic diameter did not change significantly,P>0.05),while cardiac function indicators showed a significant increase(ejection score(67.8)% ?73.2%,P<0.05)and stroke volume(88.2 ml ?100.9 ml),P<0.05);there was no significant change in lung function index(spirometry, maximal ventilation and time vital capacity)(P>0.05);blood Absolute indicators such as the absolute value of total hemoglobin increased significantly(P <0.05),while relative indicators such as hemoglobin concentration, hemoglobin total relative value, total red blood cell relative value and total blood relative value did not show significant changes(P>0.05).3.Before and after training, the weight of the subjects increased significantly;the indicators related to skeletal muscle showed significant improvement, such as muscle content(55.4kg ? 60.3kg,P<0.01),but the percentage of body fat did not change much(P>0.05).The relative effective decline value of muscle oxygen Deff was significantly increased(P<0.01);in the muscle myocardium image during exercise, the subjects with the lowest oxygen uptake level all showed muscle oxygen accumulation in 10 times. Conclusions: 1.10 weeks of single resistance training can not significantly improve the maximum oxygen uptake of young men,nor can it significantly improve cardiac structure, lungfunction, blood relative index and body fat percentage, but can significantly improve the heart pumping function, blood Absolute indicators, body muscle mass and muscle oxygen utilization.2.The ability of blood oxygen to be transported into muscle tissue is limited, which may also be a major factor limiting the maximum oxygen uptake in young men.
