"Children are born active, is based on the game of life" The research object of this article is U7 children, U7 children,that is, the elementary school in grade one, Is just a formal school education,children at this age of unique physical and mental development characteristics, Regardless of what kind of training arrangement, the physiological characteristics must be taken into consideration, U7 children is to develop physical quality, be familiar with the ball and the enlightenment of soccer teaching, personal possession of the critical period, so in the ages to explore to carry the ball game football teaching enlightenment is very be necessary,The purpose of this paper is to through the literature material law, Expert interview method, The questionnaire survey method, The experimental method, Mathematical statistics and relevant research methods. To the primary school attached to Beijing university(Fengtai branch) a grade four class’ s and grade’s students in a three-month teaching experiment research,By comparing the experimental group and control group before and after the experiment of the technical indicators, physical quality index, the in the mind differences in sensory index data, the following conclusions:1, carrying the ball games teaching in terms of technology, the experimental group and control group no significant difference(experimental technology evaluation index after 6 meters dribbling round rod(P > 0.05; 30 seconds quickly around the "8" words, P >0.05; 12 meters quickly dribbling, P > 0.05) showed that short-term carrying the ball game teaching difference is not obvious influence on student’s technology.2, carrying the ball games teaching in terms of body load, the difference between theexperimental group and control group significantly(body load index of heart rate(P < 0.05;steps to touch the ball turned around, P < 0.05; measurement(P < 0.05), and the experimental group average heart rate is significantly higher than the control group,experimental group to touch the ball turn-back scores are significantly higher than the control group is significantly higher than the control group, experimental group average running steps, suggesting that carry the ball game teaching to develop students’ body quality effect is remarkable.3, ball games teaching in terms of students’ psychological, the experimental group and control group had obvious difference(sensory questionnaire after the experiment students self assignment after the analysis of P < 0.05; P < for parent questionnaire analysis assignment after 0.05) experimental group’s like in the training class, the number of people willing to soccer practice is significantly higher than the control group,4, carrying the ball in the ball game teaching practice, the experimental group and control group differences also clear the number of data(the ball(P < 0.05) the average number of ball of experimental group was obviously higher than that of control group,Suggesting that carry the ball in a first-grade children U7 football game teaching have a certain reasonableness and effectiveness in the teaching, but also have sufficient theoretical basis, the aim of this study is to point with surface, juvenile football training for children or children in other aspects of training to provide the reference.
