The sport in the world to participate in one of the largest number of projects,has been in focus,national football has been promoted in recent years,actively promote the campus football development,the popularity of football,football culture cultivating health,school reform is key to promote the development of football.Strengthen the football sports in our country,on the development of sports teaching theory as the support,combined with the laws and characteristics of football development,on how to better carry out football teaching activities,enriching the content of courses,and improving the quality of classroom teaching has good research significance.Football game as an important form of activity in the game,is widely used in the football training system,through the compulsory public sports in colleges and universities in hebei normal university football football game teaching content of experimental research,the football game get better auxiliary teaching,arouse the students football learning interest,improve the teaching effect,enrich the teaching means,enrich the teaching content,realized the "fun" teaching thought.This study in hebei normal university public sports football level 2015 required courses of 2015 students as experimental object,USES the literature material law,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,teaching experiment method and other research methods,with a body mass index(BMI)as the foundation of body shape index,at 800 metres(female),(male)1000 meters,50 meters,standing long jump in succession,crook proneness,sit-ups(female),and pull-ups(male),and other projects for the physical quality test indicators,in passing,dribbling turn-back,kept the ball passing,dribble the ball for football special skill indicators,including passing and dribbling turn-back two subjects for level 2015 sophomore course exam last term.Hebei normal university sports score on the test is divided into two parts,80% for special technical examination results,20% for classroom performance results,this paper mentioned special technical performance,are all football technology,examination results.Selected experimental classes and that in comparative classes before the experiment on the physical quality test and test scores had no significant difference of the term,to prove that in comparative classes and experimental classes physical qualities similar to football technical level,the football game in compulsory public sports football courses in colleges and universities teaching experiments,and the test after the related indexes were analyzed.Experimental results:Through 16 weeks of teaching experiment,there was no difference in the physical form of students in the experimental class and the control class.In terms of the physical function,the lung capacity of the students in the experimental class and the control class was significantly different,but the impact on the lung capacity was not shown in the sports game.From a physical point of view,two groups of students of 50 meters in succession,crook proneness,pull-ups and 800 m in there were no significant changes before and after the experiment,and sit-ups,standing long jump and the men's 1000 m record has a significant change.Seen in football special test,two groups before and after the experiment a reverse layup passing,dribbling,kept the ball passing,dribbling rod graded has significant improvements,and the experimental class scores rise more.Experimental classes from the psychological measurement before and after the experiment in the negative interest,active interest,sports participation,football focus,cognitive aspects have improved,no ascension,on learning autonomy and explore that in comparative classes in the area of interest in six dimensions are no difference.Conclusions:Football games on the speed of the students quality,flexibility quality and the influence of the upper body strength is not significant,for abs,lower limb strength and boys endurance quality has a significant improvement of football games on the improvement of students' sensitive quality is better than the control group in the traditional warm-up to the improvement of quality of sensitive effect.Through the teaching content of the football game,to attract the students actively participate in teaching activities,better able to mobilize students' subjective initiative,effectively stimulate students' interest in learning,cultivate students sport interest hobby.
