Objective:Gripping ability judo athlete, directly or indirectly affect the competitive ability of athletes. As upper limb technology, judo athlete grasping ability inevitable and forearm muscles and upper limb morphology, function and quality characteristics there is a close contact. Therefore, we want to compare the competitive level athletes with different gripping ability related form, function and quality indicators, analyzes the differences between the indicators and reasons to tap factors associated with judo grip ability, so as to enhance the development of judo athlete grip the ability to provide a theoretical basis for the method.Methods:Judo athletes collected 17 morphological tests and muscle tension test (9 Elite group, general group of 8 people) as well as ordinary college students (control group 9) upper limb morphology, forearm muscle tension and other data, and the forearm flexor muscles of the largest in the grip strength and the static nature of judo clothes drape and dynamic pull up the records of the forearm flexor muscles of surface EMG. By univariate analysis of variance (one-way ANOVA) and the various factors affecting the comparison group of grasping ability.Result:1. Morphological indicators in addition forearm circumference, upper arm tight around the outer, upper limb length, arm length, forearm length, hand length, wrist circumference and upper arm circumference relaxed not having a significant difference (p> 0.05) among the groups. There was no significant difference (p> 0.05) between the elite group and the general 2. Elite group Judo simple reaction, there is a difference (p<0.05) between the two groups when the action first.3. Endurance test process, three groups of the forearm flexors iEMG significantly increased, integrated EMG significantly decreased mean power frequency, and a group of Elite increased rate, and the average power frequency decline in three between groups is minimized. 4. Elite Judo Athletes before and after the endurance test, the maximum grip strength in the three groups, there was a significant difference (p<0.05) and between groups. No inter-grip judo uniform static nature overhanging group significant difference (p> 0.05), between the power of the pull-up group was significantly (p<0.05), the maximum number of Elite group within the specified time chin-up 30s.Conclusion:1. In this paper selects the judo athletes, athletes whether in the grip of form, function and quality index are significantly better than the general group judo athletes, indicating that the grip is a judo competition in vital capacity. In the future training should focus on grasping ability training.2. Arm tension around, forearm circumference, muscular response, grip strength,30s grip judo service pull ups to several indicators can be as reflected in the effective index in judo athletes grasp ability.3. Excellent judo athletes forearm muscles of signal response ability, muscle in dynamic sustainable work ability are better than the general group, suggested in the grasping ability training, should pay more attention to the rapid reaction ability of forearm muscles and anti fatigue ability training.
