Core strength training as a kind of brand-new concept, although brought to the attention of the large sports workers, but there is no application in local training at all levels. The purpose of this paper is to explore the core strength training methods about adolescent tennis athletes on its special athletic ability, try to through the core strength training gradually increase lumbar muscles and pith of the adolescent tennis athletes joint strength power is to improve body coordination ability, fully exert the core strength of the athletes. According to the technical features of the adolescent tennis design core strength training methods, and to Shanxi Yuncheng tennis school youth men’s tennis athletes as experimental object, for eight weeks of training practice, and examine the athlete training effect, an objective analysis of the adolescent tennis athletes core strength training methods.By fuzzy mathematical analysis and teaching experiment research show that the core strength training is one of the important premise of improve the sports level of the tennis player, is the momentum of the tennis technology is an important link in the chain, tennis is an important and indispensable component in the physical training; The fuzzy mathematical method for determining tennis player core factors and the relevance of the various training means, can make many decentralized fuzzy expert opinion together and quantitative classification, then ten know two relations, plays a guiding role in training; Each training method using fuzzy mathematics to make the role of complementary, core strength training plan, coaches should be according to the level of the athletes in training and characteristics of the control core strength training, targeted training; Eight weeks of core stability training is helpful to improve core stability youth men’s tennis athletes; Eight weeks of core stability training to improve the sport ability of youth men’s tennis athletes has important significance.
