Core strength training in competitive sports in recent years has caused the attention of many people,different from the traditional core strength training to borrow is produced by passing the onset of power as the main force.Core muscle strength and core training to control balance center has excellent stability,is ability and can improve the sports injury prevention methods;In the stable core muscle group and the functional training on the importance and influence of different sports.Aiming at the existence of college volleyball men's high level athletes in physical training method and problems to be solved,and actively explore the scientific volleyball core strength training methods,quantitative comparison research under different training methods,core strength training of volleyball players as a result,the analysis of experiment data,aims to improve the level of the athlete's core strength,improve its have larger at the technical level,as the core strength training of volleyball players also provides the basis of the theory and practice.Using the literature material law to literature material selection,classification and summary,provide theoretical support for the paper;Using the method of expert interview,interview outline as model,expert advice,listen to records provide directional guidance for research;Using the experimental method to research object for 8 weeks,it is concluded that the experimental data,provide data for research;Using mathematical statistics on the data collecting,sorting,analysis,and provide direct proof that the results of the study and analysis.According to the experimental study and data analysis to get the following conclusions and recommendations: Conclusion: through the core strength training of high level analysis and study the influence of men's volleyball team sports ability,with sensitivity,muscle strength and muscle endurance,coordination,the whole body strength,reaction time,power and balance ability exercise capacity,and analyzes the core strength training exercise capacity after change of the situation.The conclusions are as follows:1.The core strength training for men's high level volleyball player special athletic ability to muscle strength and muscle enduranceThere is a significant part of better than the control group.2.The core strength training for men's high level volleyball player sensitivity significantly better than the control group.3.The core strength training for man's high level volleyball player coordination badminton throw far,better than the control group was significant.4.The core strength training for men's high level volleyball player the explosive force of vertical jump,the experimental group is better than that of controlThe group and significant.5.The core strength training for men's high level of volleyball players in unstable state can effectively improve the dynamic balance ability.6.High level volleyball player body core strength training for man not reached significant level in the influence of reaction time.Advice:1.According to the research results show that in the later training to the athletes of different levels,different gender for core strength training,can significantly alter the sports ability of athletes.2.The athletes of different project,stage in training before the game to strengthen core strength training can significantly improve performance.3.The research results show that the core strength training can strengthen the ability of athletes,Suggestions to strengthen the core strength training to prevent the occurrence of sports injury.4.After the proposal to the improvement of the experimental performance factors can do deeper research and discussion.5.The results show that the core strength by 8 weeks,reaction time and static balance ability of the experimental group athletes did not reach significant level,after the proposal of experimental research can adjust the training mode,so as to improve the level of the athletes both.
