Objective: in recent years, the overall level of Chinese football continued to decline,as the development of the foundation of young people is to hit the bottom of the valley. From the official website of the Chinese Football Association was informed that: in recent years, our country young people soccer based severe atrophy, in the Chinese Football Association registered players straight from more than 60 million people in 1995 slipped to 2010 to less than 7000 people. In view of this, the Ministry of education and the State General Administration of sport put forward the development of campus football, in order to cope with the weak foundation of Chinese football, the problem of reserve strength. Football in the world under the influence of various countries in the world, especially in the European League,including the West League, Italy, and the impact of the world cup, played a role in promoting the development of Chinese football. The campus football is a youth favorite, to carry out the most extensive, but also the most influential sports, football back to school is not only a new subject in football, it is worthwhile to social issues of concern to the whole society, "football grab from baby" became a reality. On the basis of improving students’ physical quality, students can participate in football training and competition. Xi’an city as the campus football and the first urban layout,this to enhance the physical fitness of students, the popularity of football and for our football reserve talent Campus Soccer activities for the purpose of development has gone through five years, which made some achievements, but there are some problems teenagers appear more or less the sports injury. Through the investigation and analysis of the probability, the damage location, the cause of injury and the prevention of sports injury in the campus Football School of Xi’an city. To find out the causes and laws of youth sports injuries, and to provide scientific theoretical basis for the prevention and reduction of the incidence of injury.Method: This article through the expired data collection, induction, analysis,according to the questionnaire, the interview of Xi’an City Campus football player injured location, type, reason and Countermeasure of prevention and late recovery of a comprehensive survey, data obtained according to the principle of statistics for screening, analysis, draws the conclusion.Results: a total of 300 questionnaires were distributed, 275 questionnaires were recovered, the recovery rate was 91.7%, and the effective completion of the questionnaire was 254, and the effective rate was 84.6%. The following results were obtained through the analysis of the questionnaires:1 Campus Soccer 8~17 year old young man athlete sports injury situation is more serious, in the investigation of the 254 athletes, the injury has experienced 233 people, damage rate accounted for 91.73%. No damage to the number of 21 people,no damage rate of 8.26%. Total number of injuries 467 people. Average per person is about 2 times. The damage of the campus football youth sports area mainly concentrated on the upper and lower limbs, the injury rate is as follows: the 19.01%toe,Ankle 17.34%, knee 14.78%, leg 11.35%, groin 9.46%, wrist 8.14%, thigh 6.64%, shoulder 5.14%, waist 3.85%, finger 3%, etc..2 the main reason of the 8~17 years old young male athlete’s injury is: the ground factor, the difference of the body, the training factor and the environment factor.3. For the campus football aged 8-17 years old young male athletes injury occurred after, take treatment methods are: cold, hot compress, oral medicine, rest reduce motion, massage, physiotherapy, acupuncture.Conclusion: 1 Campus Soccer 8~17 years old young athletes suffer the damage condition is relatively high, this shows that the campus football damage to cause parents and teachers, coaches attention.2. The campus football youth and professional football players injury rate comparison, the campus football for teen age athletes in the injury site by high end damage rate in the order of toe 19.01%, 17.34% of ankle joint, knee 14.78%, calf11.35%, wrist 9.64%. Inguinal 8.14%, legs 6.64%, 5.14% of shoulder, waist 3.85%,finger 3.00%3 the main reason of the campus football youth injury is the site factor. There are great differences in the use of the venues and professional athletes in campus football, professional athletes use the site as the standard natural lawn, in line with the national standards for the football field. However, the development of campus football in the use of the site due to the construction of schools, so that the site is not the same, most of the site does not meet the standards of artificial turf. In the remote area without football field conditions, the use of cement to carry out training. So the difference of the site has a great significance to the youth’s injury.4 training should be reasonable arrangements for the load, to avoid excessive fatigue,to prevent the training and competition with injury.5 competition and training must focus on the relaxation of the upper limb and lower limb joint traction exercise.6 campus football in recent years in the process of development, a wide range, the intensity of. Football coach of coaches demand has increased, some schools didn’t even a special football coaches, without any experience of football teaching,incorrect training method is easy to cause the juvenile sports injury; and those who are experienced to to professional athletes training methods, but ignore the young people’s physiological, psychological, and developmental characteristics, the training method does not conform to the adolescent health to develop their own laws,resulting in sports injury.7 young people’s injury is not only the problem of football injury, but also the problem of the development of physical and mental health of young people.
