Performance Testing And Data Processing Research On Method Of The Total Station Gyroscope

Total station gyroscope is widely used for perforation and other precise engineering. But the level of research and manufacturing in the total station gyroscope is far behind the abroad. Against this background, the paper combines with current research and uses the Sokkia total station gyroscope of Surveying and Mapping Institute, and then makes detailed experiments for the performance research of instrument. Also makes improvements for the problems in work. That can promote the development of the total station gyroscope and can provide a reference for develop uniform inspection standards.The paper uses the whole directional process of total station gyroscope as main line and develops a pilot program research for instrument performance and does corresponding data. So that the total station gyroscope better service to a variety of precision engineering.Papers from the following aspects as studying and gets some researches, which can provide some references for the study of the total station gyroscope.(1) For the performance test of total station gyroscope, there are four aspects, the stability of the sling zero, the stability of the instrument constant, and the stability of orientation swing. Through different experimental programs to measure data, then uses mathematical test methods to get reliable stability test results. On testing the accuracy of the instrument, the paper tests internal and external precision of instrument and the accuracy of different methods for orientation. At last, gets the test results of corresponding accuracy.(2) Combines directional error factors and analyses the experimental dates, the paper sums up the corresponding laws of the impact. And makes reasonable treatment recommendations for the zero correction, instrument constant correction and swing during the orientation.(3) In data processing, for the stability of the test data and directional data. Also designs the data processing software for the data processing, which can facilitate the stability test data and simplify data processing job.
