The gyroscope is the important instrument in the fields of the national defence,inertial navigation and survey engineering.The development of Gyro-tech is strategic significant to the development of industry,economic construction and national defense of a country.In last 20 years,the Gyro-tech and instrument have gained rapid improvement.After a long time of research,Cooperated with Chang'an University,Lhe Chinese 16th institute of the astrono1ic science and technology,succsessfuly,has established the high precision,±5 seconds,magnet suspended gyroscope and put it into market successfully.Now,the instrument has been used in over twenty important construction projects and has gained high compliment from all it users.Base on the technology of the high precision GAT magnet suspended gyroscope,this paper mainly study on the key automation technique problems of the magnet suspended Gyro-total-station and the data analysis of the gyroscope,mainly in the following two sides:1)to research on the automation and integration technique problems of the gyro-total-station;2)to research on the magnet suspended gyroscope's data series analysis,filtering and processing.The first problem's research includes two sides,one is the hardware,the other is the software to realize the station automatic surveying.The hardware incorporation deal with the key techniques to put a gyroscope and a total-station to a whole system,mainly about the link of the physics,the definition of instrument constant and calculation method of observe data.The software incorporation and automation technique focus on the interface and data transporting,observe mode for engineering,data collecting,analysis and so on.The incorporation of software is a key technique to realize the control system of the station-automation.The data analysis and filtering mainly concern the data from different conditions to analysis the basic dynamic states of instrument,the responding to the different survey condition,in an another words,the disturbing to the stability and results of system.The data analysis contains the following:Firstly,analyzing the basic dynamic feature,the rule interrelating with the factor of circumstance to the rotor and the stator systems through the time series analysis based on the integrated data from the different conditions.Secondly,research on the observe data filtering problems,including appropriate filtering method on the data series from the rotor and stator concerning blunders in the observe data.Thirdly,According to the data leap and excursion phenomenon of rotor induced from the change of survey conditions,to study on the basic rule of the movement of the rotor system and reasonable data processing methods.Finally,research on the data process problems concerning with the dynamic features of the instrument system.According to the different dynamic feature of the rotor and the stator of instrument system,study on the optimization problem about the azimuth calculation to promote the data stability and reliability depend on the existing physic condition of instrument.These problems are interrelated essentially,and the instrument data analysis is basic to construct an automatic,precisive and stable measurement system.From the research above,the following conclusions can be drawn for this paper:Firstly,this paper have established the integration techniques of station automatic magnet suspended Gyro-total-station system and study on its data and precision cacultation,data testing and gained reasonable conclusions.Secondly,we have established the key techniques of the station surveying automation,illustrated its automatic control procedures and established the basic construction of control software system.Thirdly,based on the morden time series analysis theory,this paper analyzed the data series of the rotor and stator of the magnet suspended Gyroscope,showed the independency of them,maked out the high stability and the white noise influence of the stator data,and pointed out the periodicity,time variant,complicated nonlinear motion feature,whole color noise and local white noise influence prodeure of the rotor system.Fourthly,this paper researched the adaptive data fitering problems of the rotor and the stator systems of the magnet suspended Gyroscope,pointed out the data leap and excursion phenomenons,established the adaptive detect methods of the blunders and leaps in the data series in the rotor system,put forward and realized the adaptive data filter algorithmic model(JKDJF)of the rotor system and proved it through data calculation with real testing data.Fifthly,systematically,researched the data processing problems of the magnet suspended Gyroscope,pointed out that it's reseanable to using periodical average of the stator data to calculate the azimuth,proved the robustness of dealing with the great sample data,analyzed the influence problem of the data excursion of the rotor system and illustrated it's significance.Finally,this paper pointed out that the research of the magnet suspended Gyroscope's data processing should mainly based on the semi-high-frequency and low frequency noise,data leap,excursion phenomenon and the nonlinear movement feature of rotor data,and showed the apply significance of data fitering technique in narrowing the obseve time and real time data processing.
