The sinongduo solver lead-zinc deposit, which locates in the south of gandese continental arc-volcanic arc in gangdese-nianqingtanggula plate, north of longgeer-nanmulin block, between Yalu river and bangonghu-nujiang deep fault,together with dongzhongsongduo?yaguila?dongzhongla?mengyaa and narusongduo deposit, form the nianqingtanggula lead-zinc deposit belt. Based on field data collecting, organizing, conducting field geological survey and exploration work, the ore body emergies as veins and thick plates, and shows an en echelon arrangement in space. The orebody distributes along northeast-southwest on the whole and side down to the southeast. The ore body extends mostly along strike, up to 2000 m, followed by the dip, lastly, along the thick, less than 1 meters..Rocks in ore body can be divided into three kinds roughly: cryptoexplosive breccia, rhyolitic porphyry and volcanic clastic rock.Therefore, the type of the sinongduo lead-zinc deposit is very complex.There are plenty of granite porphory in this area, and because of the size of the granite porphyry varies from each other, indicates that they form from different periods, and closely related to the mineralization. The chief ore mineral mainly contains of galena?sphalerite?enargite, minor in chalcopyrite?pyrrhotine, the gangue mineral composed of feldspar?quartzs?jasper?illite?montmorillonite?fluorite and so on. Based on that the deposit mainly occurs above the level of 4950 m, and co-exist with plenty of low-temperature sulfide, the formation of the deposit is closely related to epithermal deposit.The author uses the powerful strength of micromine software to achieve the modernization and digital management of sinongduo deposit, establish the surface model and the ore body model of sinongduo deposit, and uses 3-D visualization technology to accomplish the real geological formation of the deposit. The resources reserves evaluation plays the most significant role in mining. The author compares the most mature reserve estimation methods—inverse distance and Kriging method to the compare research on resource reserve estimation. The reserve estimation of vein?thickplate ore body of sinongduo deposit proves the Kriging method prior to the Classical statistical methods to estimate reserves and exemplify the Kriging has a advantage over the inverse distance method when it occurs in vein and thick plate ore body.
