Evolution And Thinking Of Artificial Intelligence Technology Paradigm

From the 1950 s to the present,the emergence and development of Artificial Intelligence has had a tremendous impact on the way people live.In the development process of Artificial Intelligence,Symbolism and Statistics are two important Technology Paradigms.The so-called Symbolism is the use of symbols to logically infer analogical ways of thinking.The Statistical school simulates the human brain to realize the functional simulation of thinking.In the early days of the development of Artificial Intelligence,the theory of Symbolism took a dominant position,because its claim was a simulation of human thinking.This was in line with the concept first proposed by the concept of Artificial Intelligence,and therefore considered to be the basic paradigm of artificial intelligence.Because Symbolism is proved by logical reasoning,the performance of Artificial Intelligence during this period is rational and regular.The Symbolists proposed the physical symbol system and the expert system,which made the discipline of Artificial Intelligence the first time from theory to practice.However,because its rational and single operating rules cannot solve complex and diverse real problems,it has led to the decline of the sect.The Statistical school has broken through this limitation and solved many problems with multiple methods,thus breaking through the limitations of the Symbolism and leading Artificial Intelligence to a new path of development.The Statistical school's proposal for deep neural network learning has made it possible to solve problems in a multi-dimensional and multi-level solution.Even rich and varied problems can find relationships and give answers under the various connections of neurons.In addition,big data has brought massive information storage,making Artificial Intelligence unprecedented breakthroughs in many areas.From the Symbolic-artificial Artificial Intelligence Paradigm to the Statistics-led Artificial Intelligence Technology,humans have entered the intelligent era from the information age.While the development of Artificial Intelligence has brought great influence,it has also caused the author's reflection.Therefore,this paper uses the Technology Paradigm as an angle to explore the driving forces hidden behind the development of Artificial Intelligence,and how the Technology Paradigm changes in this process through the changes and development of Artificial Intelligence.A deeper reflection is the inherent driving force provided by philosophy.
