In order to increase reserves of mineral resources,deep prospecting is inevitable.Deep drilling is the most direct means of deep mineral resources exploration.In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,the demand for upstream resources has been promoted,the geological prospecting industry has developed rapidly,and the development of exploration technology has been promoted.Because of the depletion of the shallow resources,the geological exploration gradually extends from the shallow to the deep.In the deep drilling construction,diamond wire rope coring drilling is applied more and more.Diamond wire coring drilling is a drilling technology without frequent drilling.It will have more technical advantages in deep drilling engineering.However,with the increase of drilling depth,the existing rope coring drill has also gradually revealed some shortcomings and defects,mainly reflected in the following: the position of the message mechanism can not automatically adjust the reset,low sensitivity;although in the process of the pipe assembly of the cored coring drill pipe assembly,the inner tube of the core drill pipe can be put into the pipe.The impact sound of the rear metal is judged to be in place,but the impact sound attenuation is extremely weak when drilling in the deep hole.It is impossible to judge when the inner tube assembly is put in place by the sound of impact.This brings a lot of uncertainty to the drilling production in the field,which leads to the inaccurate reporting of the drilling in the deep hole drilling.These problems not only increase the auxiliary time of drilling,but also affect the safety production of drilling.The existing technology,on the rope coring drilling tool,has the mechanism inplace,which is composed of flake valve plugging,hanging spring,pressure spring and positioning spring.However,in actual use,the problems of pump,adsorption,suction and so on often occur,so that drilling can not be carried out normally;another kind of press machine is made up of steel ball and spring.The structure can be used to inform in time when it is used,but this structure will cause some pressure loss.Therefore,when the coring diamond is carried out,all the existing rope coring drill tools have been simplified in structure,and the above reporting mechanism is eliminated.The boreholes,usually within 500 meters,are usually heard by listening to the metal impact when the inner tube assembly is put in place.To determine whether to put it in place,drilling at more than 500 meters is to estimate the time of putting in place according to the speed of putting in the assembly of rope inner tube.In view of the above problems,this paper analyzes and optimizes the structure of the deep drilling rope coring drill using the theory of fluid mechanics and the theory of water hammer,and uses the finite element simulation to simulate the delivery of the inner tube assembly of the cored coring drill and the working process of the reporting mechanism in place,and solves the technical problems in the deep drilling process.Ensure the deep safe production of the Department drilling.It has practical significance for deep drilling and efficient drilling and safety production.The main research results of this paper are as follows:(1)A thorough theoretical analysis is made for the deep cable coring tool location and reporting mechanism.The equilibrium equation of movement balance,resistance and energy in the flow process of the valve plugging is analyzed by the theory of fluid mechanics,and the study of the total resistance and total energy loss is obtained by the resistance,local resistance,the loss of the local resistance,the loss of the energy and the loss of the local energy.The theory of combined water hammer theory makes theoretical analysis on the water hammer pressure produced when the inner tube is in place,and obtains the movement process of the inner tube assembly and the loss value of the pressure during the movement process.The value of the pressure loss is calculated in theory when the inner tube assembly is put in place,which is of great significance to the optimization of the structure.(2)The structure of the deep cable coring tool location and reporting mechanism is studied.On the basis of theoretical research,the structure of the outer tube assembly,inner tube assembly and the structure of each device in the inner pipe of the deep rope coring drill tools are described in detail,and the structure principle and design of the locking device,the positioning device and the information device in place are specially optimized and designed.The locking device ensures that the central channel is locked at the maximum opening,the central channel is unblocked and the pressure loss is small;after the inner tube is in place,the length of the rope drill is shortened by the lock-in device,and the positioning device can be automatically reset and the pressure loss is small.(3)The finite element simulation analysis is carried out for the deep cable coring tool location and reporting mechanism.The Ansys Fluent software is used to simulate the internal flow field of the rope coring drill,and the pressure changes of the flow field in the inner pipe of the coring drill pipe are obtained,and the results of the theoretical calculation are verified.A prototype of deep rope coring drill is developed.
