In late May 2016,we caught some Eremias multiocellatas in Erdos the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region twelve and the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Lian Cheng Xiang Xilinguole Meng banner in erennaoer brazilwood Eremias multiocellata, and adopted laboratory rearing experiment method combined with the box method experiment to analysis.By comparing the reproductive characteristics, adult cognitive ability and the juvenile cognitive ability of the two closely related lizards in Ordos area and Erenhot area,we investigated the influence of different ecological factors in the two places on the animal behavior, and the reaction of animals to the environment. The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data for the conservation of the population of the species. The following results are obtained.1.Study on the reproductive characteristics of the two populations?1?Significant differences were found in two geographical populations maternal body length, and the maternal body length of Ordos population reproduction is greater than the Erenhot population's,The weight of Ordos population maternal postpartum was significantly greater than Erenhot population's;Litter size number and young weight had no significant difference between the two geographical populations; The litter snout-vent length of Ordos population cub was significantly greater than Erenhot long young body length; The tail length of Ordos population was significantly greater than Erenhot's.?2?Eremias multiocellata single annual litter, litter size andreproductive population Erdos maternal SVL showed a significant positive correlation(R2=0.2573,F1,17=5.889,P=0.027);the weight of litter and reproductive maternal's SVL showed a significant positive correlation(R2=0.2089,F1,17=4.490,P=0.049);the weight of relative litter and reproductive maternal's SVL showed a significant positive correlation(R2=0.2089,F1,17=4.490,P=0.049).We concluded that the population in Erdos raised reproductive output by raising size and weight of litters.?3?There were no significant correlation between litter size and reproductive maternal in Erenhot(R2=0.0509,F1,13=0.697,P=0.429);the weight of litter was not significantly correlated with the reproductive maternal's SVL(R2=4E-05,F1,13=0.001,P=0.981).Relative weight of litter was not significantly correlated with reproductive maternal's SVL(R2=4E-05,F1,13=0.001,P=0.98),and it was inferred that there was no correlation between reproduction and maternal's condition in Erenhot.2.Study on the learning ability of the two populations?1?There were no significant difference between the cognitive ability of two populations in the adult and the litter.According to the score in 35 S,the number of errors to escape, the number in 120 S,both of the two populations showed us learning behavior,At the same time, with the times of experiment increasing, score and the times of escape increased a lot,and the times of errors decreased a lot.?2?There were no significant difference between two geographical populations of Eremias multiocellata adults in the scores in 35S(F1,30=0.259,P=0.745),the times of error(F1,30=0.159,P=0.319)and the times of escape in 120S(F1,30=0.130,P=0.275).?3?There were no significant differences between two geographical populations of Eremias multiocellata litters in the scores in 35S(F1,38=0.134,P=0.108),the times of error(F1,38=0.838,P=0.176)and the times of escape in 120S(F1,38=0.613,P=0.715).?4?There were no significant differences between two geographical populations of Eremias multiocellata in the scores in 35 S,the times of errorand the times of escape in 120 S.
