The research of the An'kang municipality engineering geological zoning in order to the An'kang municipality seismic micro-zoning project as the breakthrough point,which the author participate in.In the process of the project,we has carried out the targeted investigation and data collection,and carryed out the field work of the drilling and shear wave velocity,carried on the thorough analysis of An'kang municipality regional structure condition,geomorphic· types,soil types and its engineering properties,hydrogeological conditions and so on.On this basis,the author combine with the principle of "similar in the area,interregional differences",and make the landform,stratum lithology,the thickness of the filled soil,type in geotechnical engineering and hydrogeologic conditions as the primary partition principle,then carried on the qualitative three-level partition for An'kang municipality engineering geological.Primary partition form partitioned according to the landforms and formation,which is divided into river alluvial plain,terrace,low mountains.Secondary partition according to the genetic type,lithology and other debris by the partition,which is divided into the area.Honghu built platform engineering geology area depending on the type of soil structure,rock mass and the properties of engineering,and combining the forming time could be divided into three subregions,namely,level terrace,secondary platform,platform;River alluvial plain order due to the formation of various rivers is different,which according to the names of the rivers into the area respectively,namely,the han river alluvial plain,the diluvial plain blue young river,river alluvial plain,Fu Guhe the diluvial plain,RanGuHe diluvial plain.Level 3 partitions according to the similarity of soil structure that could be divided into segments,which includes a total of 16 segments.On the basis of engineering geological qualitative partitions,we could select segmentation relatively tedious river alluvial plain,and on the basis of the zoning of 12 engineering geological period in river alluvial plain,according to the field shallow geological conditions and engineering geological properties of similarity as the main partition,by adopting the method of clustering in data mining and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,we could make the fine quantitative partition of river alluvial plain,which should be divided into favorable seismic,seismic good,seismic,seismic unfavorable four general subregion.We compare the results of the two partition methods,finding that only of triple terrace blue young river has the divergence,then combining the shallow rock and soil conditions and engineering geological characteristics of the terrace of the blue young river level 3,unifying the partition of results,finally,the blue young river triple terrace is divided into seismic area commonly.At last,we complete the quantitative partition river alluvial plain.The engineering geological zoning research,on the basis of engineering geological qualitative partitions,for an in-depth investigation and exploration data mining,completed the river alluvial plain fine quantitative partition creatively.It makes a good improvement and supplement for the engineering geological qualitative partition results.we provide significant guidance of ankang municipality city planning and construction by adopting the combination of qualitative and quantitative way to carry on the scientific and reasonable engineering geological zoning of An'kang municipality planning within the scope of the area in 2020.
