Jade screen to Kunming railway as main skeleton of road network in southwest China is one of the main line and a major transportation fortress connecting the Shanghai-Kunming passenger line and the Beijing-Guangzhou line.LiuShuWan bedding landslide failed along the lithologic differences surface which located in the middle of Jade screen to Kunming railway was affected by the continuous rain in the process of an excavation,which had a serious impact on the people's life and property.Based on the geological conditions of the study area,the landslide morphology,the influencing factors and the forming mechanism were obtained through field investigation and laboratory experiment.Through numerical simulation,the stability analysis of the landslide in LiuShuiWan is analyzed by analyzing displacement,stress and plastic area distribution.Finally,the rest of the landslide thrust was calculate using the limit equilibrium method,which was used for designing LiuShuWan landslide,meanwhile using numerical analysis calculation proved the reliability of the results.The main findings of this paper are as follows:(1)Through the field investigation,the direction of the main shaft of unstable area was N68 °W,perpendicular to the line,the spindle length of the landslide is 100 meters,the width of 100 meters,the sliding body thickness of 5?16 meters,mainly for gravel soils,sliding landslide volume is about 125000 m~3(2)through the field investigation,the factors of the slope instability are analyzed.the rainfall is the main external factors that affect the stability of landslide,which cause significantly decrease of strength of the bedding rock slope difference surface;Silt content of soft rock is higher in the study area,under the effect of heavy rainfall,the marl continuing softening are the direct cause of deep rock landslide slope surface.(3)Calculate the landslide thrust and its stability factor and analyze stability of the landslide of the three landslide section under natural state and under the heavy rain.its overall is in a state of stability or basic stability,leading edge deformation zone of section ?-?'.?-?' is in unstable state,leading edge deformation zone of ?-?' in a stable state.After the analysis of the numerical simulation of the slope after excavation,the results showed that the slope was obvious.(4)According to esidual downslide thrust calculated by limit equilibrium method,the corresponding control measures are given.Based on the governance of LiuShuWan numerical simulation,the landslide stability coefficients meet the design requirements.
