With the problems of water resources and traditional energy become increasingly serious,The development of new energy for high energy consumption industry is imperative.Desalination technology is the key to solve problems of water resources.At the same time,wind energy is also one of the core of new energy industry.It can be regarded as an important solution for dealing with the crises of water resources and traditional energy that developing wind energy used in desalination vigorously.Based on the national science and technology support program's sub project of the Jiangsu Nantong Tongzhou Bay 200 tons/day wind force for desalination project as the background(project number: 2013BAB08B04),system analysis and research into the direct use wind force for seawater desalination,mainly include the following contents:1.It is shown that the wind energy supply module can adjust the output power in real time according to the external wind speed.Pressurized and energy recovery integrated device product fresh water through the reverse osmosis membrane group.On this basis,this paper combined the wind energy supply module with pressurized and energy recovery integrated module to form direct use wind force system for seawater desalination and discuss its principle structure.2.For the instability caused by the increase of wind speed and energy recovery,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the hydraulic system of the pressurized and energy recovery integrated device,establishes the mathematical model,and puts forward the solution for instability situation which based on the fuzzy PID control theory.3.The paper designed a SCADA wind-force directly driving the desalination system which based on WINCC configuration software.And then,detailed analysis the composition of the central control room's local computer monitoring and GPRS wireless remote monitoring,which provides an effective guarantee for the monitoring of field equipment data.
