More and more enterprises,related zones and incubators are being registered in Minghang district.With enterprises' entering and being stationed in,the used traditional management system based on excels due to its lack of search function and unable to connect with space,can't satisfy the detailed data search analysis and the requirement of data visualization to enterprises in the district.So,the requirement of researching and developing a new creative service information system to realize the service of enterprise data visualization,improvement of data search forms of enterprises and polices and the interconnection of map and data becomes urgent.And by taking advantages of new technology to realize the effective management and analysis of the creative service system in Minghang district,an effective mode of data analysis can be built up.This paper was focused on studying and analyzing the Minhang District innovation service information data GIS management system,which was developed and its query optimization was studied in this paper.By adopting SpringMVC architecture,this platform realized following functions: 1)basic functions include: map layer display,data directory query,service sharing,department application,backend management,etc.;2)application functions include: policy compilation query,enterprise information query,public bicycle application query,smart traffic query,etc.The innovation service information data GIS management system adopted SpringMVC architecture to construct the platform framework.According to the WebGIS technology,ArcGIS Server Java Script API was used to develop the GIS-based system.In accordance with the user requirements,the Minhang District innovation service information data GIS management system could release basic geographic database and business geographic database of the GIS platform in the forms of map services and interfaces through ArcGIS Server to share with the users,in order to realize multiple functions such as cross-department data sharing,function sharing and management & maintenance sharing.Based on the system development,fuzzy query in spatialdata was studied.The keyword fuzzy query method “Top-k algorithm” was used to help users find the most relevant Top-k nodes,which contain position information and relevant data information,in the case of incorrect input entries.The system,according to the real requirement of creative service in Minghang district,has researched and developed a GIS management system of creative service information data based on the improvement of search,to provide a detailed data search analysis and search service system of data visualization for users.
