The CNC milling-turning center is based on the milling processing, meanwhileadding the rotation function of workbench for the turning processing, the milling,turning, drilling, boring, tapping and other processing can be processed on thecomposite processing center in the premise of one clamping, this makes the processconcentrate and improves the processing efficiency. However the machining ability andefficiency of milling-turning complex machining are facing many difficult problems,varies of application technology need to be solved, so playing the machine performancebetter and improving the machine processing efficiency in the application process ofCNC milling-turning center is the effective means to achieve the high efficiency andhigh precision processing. This paper takes DMC200FD CNC milling-turning center asthe research object, the construction and simulation of virtual simulation machiningsystem, the development of special post processor and the optimization of processingtechnology of it were studied.This paper researched the machine structure and CNC system on DMC200FDCNC milling-turning center, the motion relationship of the machine was analyzed andthe dynamical model of the CNC milling-turning center was established; the virtualsimulation machining system of CNC milling-turning center was established based onVERICUT, it mainly includes the construction of virtual machine, CNC systemconfiguration, construction of tool library, machine parameter setting; the special postprocessor was developed based on the IMSPOST; taking integral impeller part as theresearch object, verifying the correctness of the virtual simulation machining systemand NC programs through the virtual simulation machining and actual machiningThe practical application shows that, the special post processor of DMC200FD CNC milling-turning center developed based on IMSPOST in this paper can output thecorrect NC programs, the virtual simulation machining system constructed based onVERICUT can checking the technology problems in the process of machining, such asinterference, collision, over cutting and undercutting problems, ensuring the partsprocessing quality and the security processing of the machine. Meanwhile makingoptimization for the processing technology in the process of milling-turning complexmachining to improve the machining quality and efficiency effectively, it has certaintheoretical guiding significance in improving the efficient processing of CNCmilling-turning center.
