A Study On The Matching Relations Between The Moulded Bra Cup And Wire Of Bra Based On The Breast Shapes

With the improvement of ladies' requirements for the comfort and function of bra, different varieties of bras appear on the market. Mould cup bra becomes popular thanks to its good supporting effect, smooth surface design and plump appearance. After the investigation on the underwear enterprise and the market of mold cup bra with wire, it is found out that there are some problems in the design, production and wearing of mold cup bra with wire. They are mainly the following two aspects. Firstly, in allusion to the matching of moulded bra cup and wire, the underwear enterprise chooses the wire which is the most comfortable after matching the moulded bra cup mainly to adopt the subjective evaluations of models in the production process of bra. Therefore, it excessively depends on the subjective evaluation and brings vast repeated work, which is inefficient. Secondly, when some ladies wear mould cup bras with wire, they may feel discomfort because there may be obvious mark of steel after putting off the bra, heart-shaped part feels pressed or the bra moves up when the lady does some exercise.To deal with the matching problems of moulded bra cup and wire to some extent, this thesis starts from the features and relations of moulded bra cup and wire; the moulded bra cup with different shapes of wires is scanned through three-dimensional scan technology, the influences of different wires on mould cup shape and wearing comfort are analyzed in the reverse engineering software UG, and after matching with the moulded bra cup, the most comfortable steel is chosen through wearing evaluation.The research contents of this study mainly include the following five aspects.Firstly, through the analysis on the corresponding relation of breast shape feature, moulded bra cup feature and wire feature, the corresponding relation of moulded bra cup and wire feature is got.Secondly, analyzing the three-dimensional body measure data, acquiring and analyzing breast feature parameter data which is highly related to steel and moulded bra cup, the regression relation of breast feature parameters is achieved.Thirdly, the wire elasticity is analyzed from different aspects; the moulded bra cup with different wires is scanned; the point cloud data is dealt with in the reverse engineering software Geomagic, and after scan the fitting surface morphology of mould cup is got.Fourthly, the matching experiment of moulded bra cup and wire is carried out with reverse engineering software, the feature curve of moulded bra cup is constructed in UG environment, and the geometry feature variety of moulded bra cup feature curve with different wires is studied. Understand the impact of the shape of wires on the moulded bra cup BP point by analysis of curve point; find out the impact wire shape and the size of inner diameter on moulded bra cup feature curve by analyzing the degree of bending curve and the peak point of the curvature comb.Fifthly, in this study, the mould cup bra with different wires is worn and evaluated on its stress and comfort to verify the correctness of the influence and the research method of wire on the geometry feature variety. According to the research result, the analysis method on the relation of mould cup and wire is got and suggestions on the matching of moulded bra cup and wire are pointed out for the enterprise.This study adopts the method combining the theory analysis with experiment validation and starts from the basic knowledge and related theory of bra. A thorough research is made step by step on the relation between the features of mould cup and wire. The analysis method of matching moulded bra cup and wire is got, which may provide certain theory base on the matching of moulded bra cup and wire for the enterprise. At the same time, it is hoped that the method can provide some help for the enterprise to deal with the consumers' discomfort caused by the wire.
