As the tide of “industrial 4.0” sweeps the globe, all countries have introduced the related concept to the industrial production control system.This is a rare opportunity and challenge for the printing and dyeing industry. Promoting the deep fusion of information and the dyeing and printing industry, besides the networked control system,which can improve labor productivity, develop the modern system of printing and dyeing, and meet the needs of people and the time of printing and dyeing industry.In this thesis, printing and dyeing industry as the background, the printing control system networking, information overtaken by a good attempt.This thesis first discusses the background of printing and dyeing of networked control system and the significance of the research.In today's printing and dyeing industry, present situation of the application of control system are described. The rotary screen printing control system and some advantages of CAN field bus communication network are analyzed. The rotary screen printing networked control system is determined.The networked control system based on CAN bus network topology is formed. And the CAN interface equipment through the protocol converter converted to become system overall scheme design of CAN node is given. The whole rotary screen printing control system of remote IO main module and remote IO from two modules CAN node is set up. CAN bus communication flowers replaced the traditional IO signals is used.The two CAN node hardware circuit implementation and the key technologies of CAN bus communication protocol software implementation are analyzed.Protocol converter are introduced in detail in the hardware design and software design. In hardware,the smallest system of main control chip, and CAN, USART module and Ethernet communication circuit are analyzed and expounded. In software, CAN message and HostLink message transformation process,CAN message and TCP packet transformation process are designed.The protocol converter to the CAN interface devices to join rotary screen printing control system is used, and the system of the CAN node is formed.The topology of networked control system based on CAN bus is formed. The reliability and openness of control system of rotary screen printing will be greatly increased.
