In order to grasp the open-pit mine DTH drill production Produce space of the dust concentration distribution rule.Obtain reasonable parameters of drilling dust control scheme,with AnGuLing open- pit coal mine as the research background, based on the theoretical basis of fluid mechanics,using discrete phase model of gas-solid two phases flow model (DPM),dust concentration of DTH drill producing dust in open are numerically simulated, Using whirlwind-pulse filter bag secondary dust removal system for producing dust settling for numerical simulation of the drilling,and dust on spot measurement of dust concentration distrib-ution before and after the dust measurement of dust concentration distribution were analyzed,experimental results obviously achieved drilling dust control scheme optimizatio optimization. Research results show that:Drilling dust the dust concentration of large distribution and spread in free state, to drill and the surrounding environment caused serious pollution and harm; in whirlwind-pulse filter bag dust removal system in nume- rical simulation of tow capture wall under the condition of dust concentration is lower than the rebound wall; Using whirlwind-pulse filter bag dust removal system for DTH drill tow collection coefficient reached more than 99%.
