Research And Implementation Of Wireless Device Configuration Technology Based On Web

With the development of the oilfield and the improvement of industrial automation,using the modern computer equipment,communication and network technology to complete remote data acquisition and monitoring of equipment has been widely used.In the oil field and other industrial fields,people usually connect instrument and RTU with processing system on computer by cable to complete equipment configuration and data collection,this technology has already been maturely and has been widely used in industrial and civil fields.But the cable connection limit the moving range of operators and not suitable for some special situation.The advantage of wireless configuration and collection is need not to connect acquisition terminal with computer and easy to carry,suitable for long distance and harsh industrial environments.This paper analyzes and compare with the short distance wireless communication technology in the communication distance,including the analysis of the common frequency resources,transmission rate and power consumption and combined the specific requirements of parameter configuration and data collection of the oil field wellhead equipment,proposes a kind of wireless configuration technology based on Web to complete the operation of all kinds of wireless terminals in the oil fields.This system uses ZigBee technology as the data communication technologies,designes ZigBee and serial data conversion module to complete the conversion of the communication protocol.Uses Goahead server as Web server of the system and designes the instrument test pages finally.Users can log on the Web interface to complete the related operations of instrumentation through the handheld device.Experimental results show that the whole system is running stability,data transmission is reliable,the operation is simple and easy to understand,basically reaches the expected design goal.
