ArcGIS Server Technology Was Designed And Realized Based On An Oil Pipeline Inspection Management System

Pipeline current is one of the main mode of transportation pipelines,how to ensure distribution range and the complex oil pipeline laying environment safety,ensure the oil pipeline transportation safety and reliable,and is of great significance to the national economy.In this paper,based on the traditional modes of pipeline inspection inspection work impossible to verify,inspection Information cannot effectively,on the Android mobile phone has been successfully developed checking mobile end case,based on the GIS(Geographic Information System)platform,combined with GPS and RS technology,development of pipeline inspection management System.The core content of the paper for the oil pipeline inspection system based on ArcGIS Server design and development,to maximize the implementation of the information sharing,make up for the pipeline inspection information lag,low processing efficiency,invisible,such as insufficient,implement the remote supervision and inspection personnel management and information management of pipeline inspection business purpose.In this paper,solving the practical problems in the oil pipeline inspection work of this paper are as following:(1)GIS technology has been successfully applied to the pipeline inspection in business management,the geometric correction methods are discussed in this paper,the image data to landform along pipeline information sharing within the enterprise to achieve the maximum,realized the visualization of pipeline inspection business office environment.(2)To strengthen the remote management of inspection personnel and inspection of quality control,using GPS,RS and GIS to realize the remote supervision and management of the status of the inspection,set up the inspection work of quantitative statistics module,auxiliary personnel appraisal,to eliminate substandard inspection,ensure the quality of the pipeline must review and inspection(3)Realized the digital pipeline inspection business office environment,speed up the pipeline information transmission speed and processing efficiency,realizes the pipeline inspection business informatization office.(4)Joined the pipeline emergency module,to ensure that the pipeline failure happens,enterprise management personnel can in the first place for pipeline failure information,organize rescue,supervise the implementation process,improve the efficiency of the pipeline failure treatment,reduce the unnecessary economic losses.(5)Joined the pipeline equipment information management module,the pipeline along the important equipment in the system management,in order to achieve that the pipeline equipment maintenance and maintenance cost was reduced.
