Welding is a traditional processing technique in the manufacturing industry and its status is extremely important.With the advent of the era of big data,the manufacturing industry has the demand for informationization and intelligence.As an important process of manufacturing,welding has a far-reaching significance for the development of manufacturing.Based on the needs of enterprises,this paper develops a remote monitoring system for welding machines based on ZigBee and SQL Server,which realizes remote macro-monitoring of welding machines and welding processes,multi-platform and information monitoring.Provide the basis for enterprises to supervise welding production and management equipment.This topic selects the CC2530 communication module and designs a workshop data transmission network based on the mesh network structure of the ZigBee protocol stack.At the same time,this topic combines CC2530 and ESP8266 communication modules to develop a field gateway to realize data interaction between data in the ZigBee network and the Internet.It completes the design and implementation of the acquisition control terminal by selecting the STM32 microcontroller as the control core,selecting the sensor,designing the signal conditioning circuit,the welder control circuit,and writing the microcontroller program.And finished the completion of the network core is the on-site acquisition control system of the on-site gateway.This topic uses SQL Server2014 as the database server and completes the conceptual model design of the database,logical structure design and establishes the welder monitoring system database.It uses LabVIEW to develop application server,designs the application structure with state machine + multi-thread as the framework,and develops data receiving and processing module,client request response module,etc.to realize data receiving,processing and storage.At the same time,it establishes a mathematical model of welder energy consumption and utilization statistics,and realizes the calculation of welder energy consumption by trapezoidal integral method.This topic uses the LabVIEW to develop PC monitoring client software and UI design and programming.It designs a multi-threaded program framework.On this basis,it uses functions such as formula nodes and sub-Vi calls to realize functions such as welder overview monitoring,welder distribution map,and welding production data analysis.It uses E4 A Android program development tools for UI design and programming,and has developed Android monitoring client software with streamlined functions to monitor welding sites and query historical data anytime and anywhere.Finally,in order to verify the system function,this topic build a system test environment and perform a black box test on the welder monitoring system.The TIG welding remote monitoring test is used to conduct communication test,stability test and function test on the hardware and software of the welder monitoring system.The test results show that the developed welder monitoring system meets the design requirements.
