| Traditional sewage monitoring is finished through artificial sampling and laboratory analysis,which consumes a large amount of human labor and financial resources for that it is influenced by human factors to a large extent with low efficiency and without instantaneity.In some regions,the sewage treatment plant has organized its own sewage monitoring facilities with the attempt to acquire quantified data of sewage pollution.In sewage monitoring process,the monitoring over sewage discharge and water quality are both the essential points.Through investigation made by some sewage treatment plant,at present,the detection over sewage parameters still adopts disperse sampling,independent detection with many data collection points,complicated construction,high equipment expense,much personnel allocation as well as great difficulty in centralized data processing.The detection over sewage parameter targets more at reclaimed water of sewage treatment enterprises to guarantee safety of water quality discharged by sewage treatment factory.There is little monitoring over water quality discharged by pollutant discharging plant to sewage treatment factory and little attention on water quality of pollutant discharging plant due to pollution charges according to the flow,thus leading to great quantity of sewage discharge,challenging sewage processing technology of sewage treatment plant.In order to guarantee reliable,accurate monitoring data over sewage quality in industrial park and solve problems like sewage quality in industrial park,deficiency in flow charging system,the thesis confirms six parameters is confirmed including flux of sewage entrance,temperature,COD,PH,salinity and SS as sewage monitoring parameters through looking into materials in aspect of sewage parameter detection home and abroad The sensor,controller,data collector and hardware of lower compute coordinating with sewage monitoring parameters are selected,Data transmission mode with upper computer software communication is confirmed.Finally a set of online monitoring system is developed over water quality and flux in sewage entrance.Thus the system realizes the real-time monitoring of sewage parameters and achieves the goal of charging for sewage units in terms of quantity and quality.The system includes sewage of pollutant discharging plant into monitoring scope with built-in remained ports.When there is need to add plant,the online monitoring over sewage parameter in the plant can be realized through setting corresponding monitoringpoint and communication system,providing guarantee for further supplement in system. |
