With development of coal mining deeply, mine fire and gas problem are gradually serious, which restrict mining safely in coal mine. After fire braking out there, it is possible that gas easily explores when fire zone sealing directly, especially gas explosion easily happened in the fire zone of high gas coal mine. Many painful explosion examples prove that changeable laws and causation mechanisms of gas explosion in fire zone has not been fundamentally solved.This thesis uses theoretical analysis and experimental research and numerical analysis method. Infers theoretically burning velocity, CO, CO2 and temperature calculation formula, experiment studies effect factors of gas explosion limit, simulates numerically distribution laws of flow field, temperature field, CO, CO2 and CHU gas concentration field under the condition of different wind speeds. Taking above researches considered, gas explosion limits as temperature, CO concentration, gas explosion limit will be expended as temperature, pressure, CO concentration and ignition energy rises. CO2 nerting effect is better than that of N2; explosion pressure of gas explosion upper limit is greater than lower limit of it; Burning gas explosion in fire zone and pure gas explosion are particular in flow field, and gas explosion limits, and the law of gas accumulation has its particularity; Explosive area formed in fire zone is greatly impacted by temperature, explosive area impacted by CO concentration is relatively low; With gas explosion fire area gradually being closed, after being sealed, when fire is sealed to the entrance velocity of 0.1 m·s-1, explosive area formed located in 10.45 m of fire upwind side near the roof of roadway, after analyzing simulation date of two fields, explosion point gradually moves to inside of explosion triangle with explosive area gradually sealed, explosion point located in the explosion triangle when wind speed is 0.1 m·s-1. Results of study has extremely important theoretical guiding significance and practical application value in improving the coal fire area of gas explosion prevention technology and level, effectively curbing colliery accidents.
