Along with society develop fast, our country has also emerged a large number of untreated sewage or industrial effluent. Reusing sewage is a very important issue for building a harmonious society. The PH control is the key to wastewater treatment and is recognized as one of the most difficult control parameter in the world. This is mainly because the PH neutralization process has serious nonlinearity, large time delay and strong interference, so it is difficult to obtain satisfactory control using conventional PID control. This paper firstly introduces the development course and the future development trend of control method of PH sewage treatment, at the same time points out the gap between domestic and world advanced level, and then according to the technological process of sewage treatment, carries on the analysis of PH neutralization reaction, puts forward a kind of PH predictive control system based on the model of Hammerstein.In order to improve the identification accuracy of nonlinear Hammerstein model, the paper puts forward a new method of the hybrid optimization algorithm identifying the nonlinear model. The basic idea of the algorithm is to put the identification problem of parameters in the nonlinear system into a parameter space function optimization problem, and then using hybrid algorithm of the genetic algorithm and the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm to obtain the optimal solution of parameters problem. Finally, the simulation results show that the method for nonlinear identification has good effectiveness and robustness, win a good recognition effect, and is a feasible method to solve the problem of nonlinear recognition.According to the mathematical model of acid-base neutralization and model predictive control algorithm, the paper designed PH automatic control system, including the overall structure of the system, electrical wiring diagram, configuration screen on PC and the software of PLC.
