With the oil field exploitation, the well liquid water content rising, eccentric wear between sucker rod and tubing intensified, the hollow sucker rod pumping is the effective way to solve the problem. Friction exists between the fluid and the hollow rod is the main reason of hollow rod down hard, the hydraulic feedback pump can fundamentally solve the difficult problem of the hollow rod down. The research content mainly includes:(1) From the structure principle, performance and production process and the goal is can get the best stroke hydraulic feedback force. Compared conventional rod pump, up big down small, up small down big hydraulic feedback pump with the new type of hydraulic feedback pump, concluded that in the same pump diameter, the new type of hydraulic feedback pump can get the largest stroke hydraulic feedback force, can overcome the downward drag. On the new type of hydraulic feedback pump overall scheme design, and expounds its working principle in detail.(2) From the structural reliability and design "robustness" evaluation and optimization point of view, analysis the new type of hydraulic feedback pump "weak link" strength, buckling evaluation, specific as follows:using the ANSYS finite element software, finite element analysis was carried out on the new type of hydraulic feedback pump parts, ensure full actual production conditions and geological conditions.(3) From the viewpoint of fluid dynamics analysis and performance optimization was carried out on the new type of hydraulic feedback pump inner flow field numerical analysis, optimized the parameters of the flow channel, get distribution data and trend diagram for new type of hydraulic feedback pump performance parameters for design and optimization, provided important source of knowledge and theoretical basis.(4) From the new type of hydraulic feedback pump and pumping system integration, matching and optimization point of view, pumping system overall scheme is given, and the production technology of hollow sucker rod, ground equipment, new type of hydraulic feedback pump sealing device, hanger and so on has carried on the improvement and design makes it suitable for hollow rod production system.This paper on the special geological conditions with low oil production process is the best match of a new type of hydraulic feedback pump design research, the improvement of conventional mechanical oil extraction process, study of qualitative quantitative conclusion with engineering reference value and a data graph.
