Semi-open integrated impeller, widely used in aviation, aerospace and other fields, is a critical component of turbo machinery. The shape characteristics, machining means, machining precision and quality directly affect the aerodynamic performance and mechanical efficiency of vane. So it is of great significance for semi-open integrated impeller to study five-axis computer numerical control milling technology. In this paper, the main content includes deformation prediction of semi-open integral impeller vane obtained by using five-axis computer numerical control milling technology, and processing methods of determining parameters. Complete three-dimensional static and dynamic finite element models are constructed to analyze static and dynamic responses. The static analysis model is used to predict vane deformation in machining process, and study definition method of vane's finish machining allowance based on vane deformation prediction and actual machining experiments.Tool motion constraint method is analyzed with finite element dynamic tests, due to the difficulties of tool motion control in finite element dynamic analysis. The finite element dynamic analysis model is used to analyze the influence of spindle speed, feed speed and blade angle to vane's machining deformation. Processing methods of determining parameters is studied in this paper, based on vane's deformation prediction and orthogonal experimental method.
