With the fast development of pipeline, pipeline has been widely adopted in more and more transportation mood, Not only can save a lot of manpower material resources, but also can reduce the transportation cost, also more environmentally friendly. Pipeline is still in research stage in the application of sewage sludge, the instance is less in practical application, in this paper theoretical and experimental study in sludge pipeline is analyzed in detail.First physical and chemical properties in sludge and Rheological properties are discussed, foundation in sludge pipeline is cleared. On the basis of this from the material, the slurry properties, pipeline characteristics, flow characteristics four aspects systematically analysis the influence of various factors on the pipe resistance loss effect, it can get that pipe diameter, concentration and flow rate are the important factors, test in view of the sludge with the mass concentration are 1.83%,3.41% and 5.77%. It has the single factor analysis of three factors of pipe diameter, concentration and flow rate, get the function relation between the pipe diameter and the pressure drop ?p= aDn; the function relation between the concentration and the pressure drop ?p= a·ebx; the function relation between the flow rate and the pressure drop ?p= ax+b, clear relationship between pipe diameter, concentration and flow rate and pressure drop, when the pipe diameter increased, the resistance loss reduces; When the sludge concentration increased, the resistance loss increases; When the flow rate reduced, the resistance loss reduces. Using the method of multiple factors, design the orthogonal test for sensitivity analysis, compare the resistance loss influence in pipe diameter, concentration and flow rate by poor analysis and variance analysis, it is concluded that affect the order is pipe diameter> concentration> flow rate. Summarizes the calculation model applicable scope in resistance loss according to the mechanism of resistance loss and resistance loss of the basic theory, optimize the resistance loss coefficient, get a formula to calculate applying to the resistance loss coefficient of sludge ?n= 0.3657C02470 Fr-0.9978, verify the formula to calculate applying to the resistance loss coefficient of sludge, the results calculated value and experimental error value are in the range of 10%, the maximum error is 9.2%, proved the veracity of the formula.
