Grate Cooler is the key equipment that influence the entire cement clinker burning system of heat recovery and cooling of clinker, his task is to heat the kiln secondary air and tertiary air into the furnace to heat up the heating and cooling of clinker. Therefore, acquisition and improve the heat recovery efficiency of grate cooler has been the focus of the enterprise.What's more, currently in cement enterprises, grate cooler heat recovery and heat recovery efficiency is obtained generally by off-line measurement and calculation, or by reference to the secondary air temperature variation trend. At the same time, grate cooler thermal efficiency optimization is by operating staff artificial facilities, large hysteresis, scientific and thermal efficiency optimization restricted by personnel at the scene of the operation level, sense of responsibility and physical condition, which often can't make grate cooler in the running in optimal state.Therefore, the paper puts forward the grate cooler heat recovery efficiency of the online calculation method, and based on historical data in the field, established the grate cooler typical working conditions. On this basis, the realization of the in the grate pressure optimization setting value for output of grate cooler thermal efficiency optimization guidance system.This paper is based on the 2# clinker line of Shandong XX cement enterprise, and The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1) In order to achieve the real-time analysis and optimization of the grate cooler thermal effect, the research must at first establish the accurate online calculation model of the grate cooler thermal effect. According to the thermal calibration report of Shandong XX Cement Factory and the site cement production line of a specific process, the research determines the parameters required for the online calculation model of the grate cooler thermal efficiency. Furthermore, the research gains immediate access to the real time calculation of the grate cooler material and heat balance through different ways(direct measurement, laboratory manual input, virtual measurement), thus achieving the on-line calculation and analysis of the grate cooler thermal efficiency.(2) According to the previous production data of XX Cement Factory, the research chooses raw material, kiln current of main motor and grate cooler air as main template parameters. With the aid of the K-means clustering analysis, we establish the reasonable grate cooler conditions template, on the basis of which we design the grate cooler conditions recognizer in accordance with the thermal efficiency real-time analysis and optimization guidance.(3) According to the designed condition recognizer, we search the optimal thermal efficiency values and the corresponding grate pressure setpoint from the historical data of the factory. In addition, we summarize the expert knowledge for the corresponding thermal efficiency optimization guidance.(4) Using the expert knowledge above, we establish an expert guidance system of the grate cooler thermal efficiency whose output is based on the grate pressure optimization setpoint.(5) According to the above researches, the study develops a grate cooler thermal effect analysis and guiding system for optimizing software, and the application and Simulation of the actual operation and application. During the period of the research, the grate cooler thermal efficiency value offered by the software is approximate to that of the report. Besides, the thermal efficiency change trend and the secondary air temperature change trend are consistent in the corresponding period. The results both directly and indirectly prove the practicality of this on-line thermal efficiency calculation. Compared with the manual setting value, the setting value of the grate pressure optimization offered by this software proves to make the grate cooler thermal effect in a better state.
